My order was shipping very slowly, over a month from the vendor overseas. Customer support reacted quickly to my query and replied that they asked the vendor to reship the order with a tracking number.
I ordered 2 cameras: 1 worked perfectly, the other didn't work at all (they were the same model).
I reached out to see if stacksocial would replace the defective one and they got me in contact with the manufacturer who walked me through troubleshooting the issue. Unfortunately the camera still did not work, so stacksocial representatives were able to send me a replacement.
All this took a few weeks to sort out (emails between 3 people on opposite corners of the world tend to take time), but in the end stacksocial stood by the products they sell, so I'm happy.
My package was lost, which I do understand it can happen.
The support help was very very fast to refund back when we know that the vendor can't issue a new product.
Thank you so much support hero :D <3<3<3
This website will get your geek on! If you are looking for great gadgets, head over to stacksocial right now. Prices are great too! The support is excellent as well so you can shop with confidence.
I ordered some 10 ft lightning cables that were easy to order and arrived in a timely manner. However, they did not work with my iPad as expected. I reached out to customer service and they could not resolve the issue, so they refunded the total amount. I expected I'd get the run around and and be stuck with a product I didn't want. I will gladly order from this company again since they stand behind their products and are so pleasant to deal with in the event of an issue! 5 stars all the way
I don't know how they get such great deals at Stackcommerce (Stacksocial) but they do. I also had excellent customer service after I mistakenly duplicate ordered something. Highly recommended.
Had an issue and after sending e-mail about my issue it hardly took few hours (1-2 hours) to get it resolved.
Service is really good and support is really awesome. 10 on 10.
Got a good deal for very good skills training. Had an order processed incorrectly but was resolved immediately
I placed an order but did not receive the invoice or the product. The change was showing on my credit card. Initially Desmond could not find the order. My experience is that it was the result of an user error. Desmond asked for additional information ans was able to correct the problem.
I emailed with a problem and with one email back it was fixed, I appreciate the fast and friendly service I received.
Some adapter for iphone did not work as expected. I wrote back with problem description and support answered they would try to solve with replacement. A day or two later they said they would refund to credit card.
Thanks a lot for the service you provided me during this support ticket.
This kind of response is typical to make me stay loyal as a customer.
Have an excellent day Support Hero Charles X!
The bundles are a complete waste of time and money! The bundle is comprised of a random individual courses that are taken out of what I would assume a more coherent curriculum.
Everyone can make a mistake. My order was shipped to a wrong address.
Serena is a real support hero! She made sure two follow up on everything. In some of the the communications I myself gave an incomplete address; she even caught that and asked me to verify.
These people understand customer support.
The courses are outdated, you can barely hear the tutors voices, and if you can hear them, good luck, it's the worst broken English you'd ever hear. I know its not their fault, English is not their mother language, but come on, it's beyond a joke. I asked for a refund, they DON'T give you your money back, they give you store credit instead to spend it on useless courses. PLEASE GOTO UDEMY for amazing courses and content.
I just signed up but had a problem clicking on the redemption link. It said it was expired or already had been used. I used contact us and was contacted and had the issue completely resolved within an hour on a friday afternoon!
StackSocial is a software and digital items sale portal. I find their customer service to be very responsive with web and order issues. I've bought many many items through them and have not had any issues with activation, or with registration of purchased products on vendor sites. Note that they are *not* the software support house. I purchased TechTool Pro from StackSocial at a great price, but for support looked directly to Micromat. There are other software resellers who use StackSocial, such as Ondesoft, which can make things a little confusing (I had a problem with my Ondesoft order which was corrected by StackSocial). I would caution any buyer to do the research they would with any product when buying it. StackSocial is not "vetting" products; they offer a way of getting products at a good price. They have some great vendors (i. E. Micromat) and others I've never heard of. Some vendors use StackSocial to get products out at a promotional price, so be aware you can get great deals but also that "hot-off-the-press" software may be buggy.
I had my issue fixed in no time. Moreover I didn't need to explain it more than once while usually with other services you have to deal with many messages. Great.
Bought a product that i was not 100% satisfied with. It did not meet my expectations. Contacted Support and explained the situation and problem. After a bit of back and forth correspondence detailing the issue, my problem was resolved.
Everyone has unique experiences and problems. With regards to a online purchase that just does not live up to one's expectations, Support is there to assist. Treat them with respect and kindness and you will receive it in return.
This was my experience with Stack Social and therefore i will definitely do business with them again.
Bought a cloud storage and it is working perfect.
Had a good customer care from one Toby. He was very helpful
There was a mistake with my order and customer service was able refund me within a few days. Plus, my order came in a few days ago, so I am really happy about that!
Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."
Answer: Hi Humberto, We would love to help you on this. Please contact us at https://support.stackcommerce.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Answer: I responded to an ad. Very stupid of me, and i will never do that again!
Answer: They have no customer service, just form letters. No matter how often you email them, you will get no response that makes sense. They have no way of contacting them except emails.
Answer: Clearly playing numbers game. Probably making their own positive reviews. No one stopping them. Internet scammers.
