I had major problems with a program called Caboodle that I purchased through Stack Commerce. I was trying to activate a license. Supprt Heroes is wonderful and worked with me for over a week.
Received damaged item. Someone didn't think to send the fragile item in a padded envelope/bag. I sent them pics and videos of the damaged item. They were in constant communication with me and gave me a full refund.
Super happy with the assistance I've received from this company. I ended up getting the wrong color case delivered (no biggie but I really liked the original blue color I purchased lol) so I reached out to see if an exchange was possible. If not (or if I kinda had to jump through hoops for it) then it would be fine. They let me know that I could keep the one I already had and was quick to ship out the correct one. Zach was friendly and prompt and didn't make me feel like I was a bother. Again, super happy with my experience.
Thanks to the StackSocial Team Support (Louise Rain) to help me to resolve an incident involving 3 different providers (Mashable, StackSkills & Ecowebhosting)
Great Service
Terrible customer service. Once they sell you something they don't care. I got the faulty product delivered and they refused to deal with it. I had to file a dispute with paypal to get it sorted
Kaine was able to help me get me registered for my class after an after-purchase" mishap.
Thanks Kaine!
The team is highly professional & customer friendly, they initiated my refund in 8 hours of purchase, thats a great turnaround time.
I ordered a smartphone optical zoom lens from Pocketnow and it arrived defective and in the wrong color. I contacted support and after attempting to contact the vendor they issued me full credit, even though the sale was final. I would give 5 stars for the support, but their vendor screening needs improvement.
So I'd ordered a wireless speaker from here that I changed my mind about, and the support guys were great in sorting it out. I was a bit POed that there was no button on the order page that I could directly use to cancel the order, but it turned out well in the end.
I purchased a training from Mashable, it was not seeing this in my training list, I contacted Stackskills and got an immediate response, the issue was resolved right away!
Thank Kaine! I can't wait to start this course and look forward to signing up for many more.
Just bought a bundle from them during summer sale. It's all videos with no assignments. You can find better videos on YouTube for free with assignments (such as Code Academy).
Honestly, save your money. Even a refund with these guys only gets you store credit,
I ordered plugs and didn't get all product, until after the help. Now I am satisfied with my order. I do get emails from you and they are interesting
Everything I've ordered has been of good quality & have been pleased with the prices. Was very grateful for the quick refund when an ordered item did not function properly.
Toby Run Kenobi was very helpful, he got me what I needed when I needed help. When I bought a package off StackSocial, one of the programs couldn't be downloaded. So I sent in an inquiry and they got it fixed immediately once they were made aware of it. I appreciate that.
Excellent customer care, she was very kind and professional, thanks for your help, I'm totally satisfied.
Toby Run Kenobi quickly swooped in and responded to my shipping issue. The vendor reshipped the item with no hang ups! This level of service is what makes people feel good about doing business online. Thanks again!
Somehow I mistakenly opened two accounts with different email addresses. An issue with my cell phone required a hard reset and I lost access to the VPN Unlimited software I had purchased through StackCommerce. I tried to regain access to the software to re-install it, but was denied access. Not knowing that I had created the two separate accounts, I was unwittingly trying to access using the incorrect account. I contacted Customer Service and received a response informing me of the problem (two accounts/emails) and given instruction on how to proceed. I was also offered resolution of the two accounts by offering to merge them together. I accepted and again, within a short time, received notification that the action had been completed and confirmed.
I feel these guys went above and beyond what many companies would not bother with, giving quick identification of the issue and resolution of it without having to figure it out myself or actually do anything to get it corrected.
Thanks StackCommerce for your excellent service! You set a standard which few others have attained and which many others should emulate.
Based on my experience I feel that Stacksocial does not screen its vendors carefully enough, nor offers any kind of protection should you get ripped off by them! I did not receive the products i ordered, and all Stacksocial has offered me are emails saying the "vendor has been non-responsive" and that they would update me as they hear back. I am glad I used a credit card and am only waiting for the grace period I must allow before I can dispute the order. I have sent Stacksocial THREE requests to resolve the issue (either my money back or the products I ordered) and to date, have not gotten either.
Update; it is now over a month since the item was supposed to have been delivered. Customer Service has even sent me a tracking number saying it's on its way. Tracking says "label created" but it was never picked up. Another agent emailed me last week saying she still has not heard from the vendor. I have long since disputed the charges on my credit card.
You'll be confused at how bad some of the videos are. I feel ripped off. Lesson learned... the only lesson learned, ha!
Fantastic, the most effective and quickest! They did some great work! Prompt replies and got me squared away!
Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."
Answer: Hi Humberto, We would love to help you on this. Please contact us at https://support.stackcommerce.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Answer: I responded to an ad. Very stupid of me, and i will never do that again!
Answer: They have no customer service, just form letters. No matter how often you email them, you will get no response that makes sense. They have no way of contacting them except emails.
Answer: Clearly playing numbers game. Probably making their own positive reviews. No one stopping them. Internet scammers.
