I have purchased a few items from this site and have been pleased with all of them. My latest purchase was a backpack for my son. On the first day of school, however, one of the zippers broke. I emailed customer service and got the automatic reply. Within just a couple of hours, though, I got a personal reply requesting more information. Once I replied the customer service rep handled my situation wonderfully. I will be back for future purchases.
I was browsing Facebook and an ad came up for a significantly reduced price on a set of Bluetooth earphones, which I had been on the prowl for. I tried a promo code given for being a new member and it didn't work. I was also given another promo code that would have applied to what I was buying. I took screenshots of everything and sent it in for help. It took 2 new codes before we finally got one to work and Zach helped me the whole way.

I think it's a good website to purchase discounted software + tutorials or E-Devices, but the only thing they should do is online chatting for customers they can do the best by this way.

Got some great deals on full license software and even when I couldn't access it after a year or so, support helped me log on and get access to my purchases.
I bought an item that was not what I expected in quality and a top notch C. S. agent secured a refund for me. I didn't ask for the refund but the agent knew it was the right thing to do. That's how you run a successful business. You take care of the customer.

Horrible service, they tell you you get a certificate of completion, which you don't sand then trying to get them to reverse charges for false advertising their training is next to impossible, save you money and use a different service. Especially when this service is just pig-tailing off another service!
The very first contact with the customer support was average: quick response, ok, but so clearly ust a standard template that was not to the point, so when I reacted to that, I got to support hero Toby One Kenobi who actually did take the time to read my comments and reply with the right pitch and sense of humor that makes me smile. And besides of course giving me the answer I was looking for, this extra touch gives it an extra star, above average. Would have given 5 stars if they had dared to take up that tone from the first reply!:-)
Great for getting a foundation to start learning. Though you have to put in the work (practice, study). They have helped me build my skill set. I have gotten a solid foundation in Java, Python, C, C++, and MySQL. Now I am moving on to start my CISSP studies it is a good start. All thanks to StackSkills.

I bought the ethical hacking bundle and have been using it to augment my 424 System Security senior elective at university. In some ways I am learning more on stack than in class. I received 9 courses and I will admit that some are more professional than others but the good ones are very good. Clear video, clear speech (although one person has a thick-ish accent that took about 20 min to get used to). They have examples you can download such as start.py that shows you a buffer overflow. You also get links to windows and Linux virtual machines that are already set up with hacking software and more examples that are easy to download and work perfectly by my testing. The information is current as of 18 months. Bought a few videos last year that I never ended up using but they are still accessible. When you buy courses be aware of the access limits. Might be 1 year or might be lifetime. I knock off 1 star for the videos that don't even spell their titles correctly - those really bring down the respect and faith in the site. There are some good videos though and I recommend you only buy bundles in which the savings is worthwhile. My course's retail was $1096 but I paid $43 and I feel I got a lot for my money.
When I emailed to inquire about the status of my order, their reply was prompt and courteous. As it happened, my order was delivered the very next day; still, I was pleased with their attention.
I ordered two vpn applications by mistake. The company canceled one of the subscriptions after I emailed my problem.
I mean, ~ 40 USD for a lifetime subscription, 5 units. Says it all right there! Support is super fast and very helpful. So glad I found VPN unlimited.
Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."

Answer: They have no customer service, just form letters. No matter how often you email them, you will get no response that makes sense. They have no way of contacting them except emails.
Answer: Clearly playing numbers game. Probably making their own positive reviews. No one stopping them. Internet scammers.
