I had an issue with never having received a product that I ordered several months ago, and (once contacted) customer service was quick to credit my account with the full amount of the purchase, and were very pleasant to deal with!
If I cannot reset my password without their help and then after they give me their password I cannot reset ether, what kind of good website is it?
I purchased 2 TB lifetime backup which never worked. The servers were so slow, that even DSL could do much better.
They don't respond my email when i requested money back. Oh great. I will do a video review about them on my YT blog. Let's see how they will talk after that.
Do not buy from them, as they don't provide any kind of support not for service or product.
I rarely do Reviews, as a general rule, unless it is TRULY WARRANTED and in this case, it certainly is...
I ordered a product and there was some confusion regarding it's contents (what was and was not included)... upon receiving the product I found that I felt an item had an issue and emailed StackSocials Customer Service immediately...
My request was responded to IMMEDIATELY, by Zach in CS, and he did everything to right the situation... it required him 'taking it up the line' to resolve the issue and was an excellent reflection of the site itself - he worked it out to my satisfaction and I am a happy customer and will surely order again from StackSocial, as they have some of the coolest items for sale on the site.
I couldn't be happier all around and the efforts made by Zach on my behalf were above and beyond what one would expect, especially as it was not a huge purchase, nor have I ordered many things (a few, but not many), so it wasn't a matter of my being a Big Purchaser that SS wouldn't want to lose, just a normal online shopper, which is why I felt it was so important to take the time to write this review.
KUDOS to the site and KUDOS to Zach in Customer Service for all his effort in righting the situation!
Thanks to both - they now have a Loyal Customer in me and I expect to purchase more items from SS, knowing that they are an upstanding and honorable Website that will always follow through with any issues, no matter how big or small the order might be!

The help desk at Stacksocial did stick with me during 2 days of proposed fixed that didn't work, until eventually landing a solution that did allow me to log in.
I purchased what I thought was a three headed charging cord for Apple products. That is not what came. I asked if I could exchange it for the right item. They sent me a shipping label for the return. I returned the item. They refused to make good or refund my money claiming that their client would not do an exchange. So now, they have my cords and my money. Then they kept asking me to give them a good review. I explained my problem again and again. They never addressed my concerns. These guys are not honest brokers. Do not do business with them.
I was hopeful about interesting products at fair prices offered by this site. I ordered several products and got a wrong and lesser Set of earbuds than the one that I had ordered and paid for. I promptly notify them through their web portal. The only response I received was a confused response calling me by the wrong name and saying it had been over 30 days since my order when in fact it had been just a few days. I appeal two more times giving my order number and providing all the facts and they just ignored me. I feel cheated and ripped off and would not advise anybody to trust the competency or honesty of this site!
The wrong redemption code had been given to me so I wrote in asking for a new one, and within 24 hours I received a new code that worked perfectly. Love fast response times! Thank you!
For some reason i couldn't get my course and after going around in circle! Tody was able to get everything right for me!
O bought a power bank and the device had a problem... it was replaced 3 times and all had the same fault. I asked for the device be replaced for a different make, and the new device worked perfect. Thanks for your assistance in obtaining a good service.
Bought from Irish school, digital marketing courses. They refunded the funds once verified issues with course scheduling. Required many messages back and forth till they were convinced on the circumstances and the basis for my complaint. It seems courses are not 100%veified before listed on the aggregator site.
All these reviews late November 2017 were written by StackSocial employees or the same employee. Look at the text and the tittles. There is no way these are authentic reviews. These fake reviews should all be removed since they are not authentic. The 1 and 2 star reviews are the authentic ones.
I bought a tripod Pro never received it they had my money for a year but I finally got a refund still not a bad site but I would shop around more
Dont lose money. On any of their VPN offers, too good to be true. From $500. For $20. Hahaha... check google... first.

I bought a couple things from them and to this day I still believe they are the best at what they do. Had a slight problem with a package to learn to develop apps for iOS and they dealt with it ASAP and got me learning to develop in a couple minutes
I should have known something was up. Cracked.com was pushing Stack Skills in a very inspirational article, one which the commenters compared to late night infomercials and wow should I took that striking resemblance to mind before I put the money down for this mediocre training. The tutor was horrible at teaching. The slides were uninformative. I had to keep rewinding the videos not to make a lesson stick but to try to understand what was being said at all. I am really disappointed because I thought this would help launch me appropriately into the coding word but alas, it didn't. On to the next one I suppose!
I ordered a Drone that came with an SD card. SD card wasn't with the package. I had to send several pictures to prove it was missing. After they determined it was missing, they decided that they didn't want to send the SD card and gave me a $10 credit on their site. I don't want anything on their site and the credit expires in 90 days. I asked for a refund and they are simply ignoring me now. I haven't heard back even though I have messaged them several times about getting a refund.
I was very disappointed with the heavy handed approach their customer service used to handle my concerns about security surrounding my purchase, and was even more displeased by their refusal to refund the purchase after it was revealed that the service was significantly less than what was described. Be careful when doing business with these folks.

My issues was a little different from most cases so took a little longer to resolve. The support I received from Desmond, was nothing short of fantastic. Desmond ( and the team from ecoweb) made contact everyday to check the progress of my case.

I sent a question about a purchase I had made and beyond my belief I had a response within 5 minutes from Anthony who resolved my issues in one single email. KUDOS to this team. Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."

Answer: They have no customer service, just form letters. No matter how often you email them, you will get no response that makes sense. They have no way of contacting them except emails.
Answer: Clearly playing numbers game. Probably making their own positive reviews. No one stopping them. Internet scammers.
