I had a shopping cart full of items to buy while a 15% Halloween Discount was in Effect. But the Promo Button would not function and the sale was about to expire. I emailed the Site Heroes in desperation. Anthony got the problem resolved & made my discount available for several more days, to give me time to get back to it. Saved my Cart from expiring and saved a big sale for the Company. Thanks much.
I had purchased software that I didn't need at the time. When I went to use it, a year later, the software key no longer worked. Customer service responded quickly, noting that it was unusual. Appreciative.
They advertise cheap courses that are worth hundreds of dollars but they are not even worth a dollar. Courses are very short and oversimplified, you can learn much more if you just searched for videos on YouTube. They allow users to rate courses, nor do they allow them to get a refund except that it comes in the form of "store credit."
Ordered two products, both software. First one I was very satisfied m, second one not. Got refund for second one without any question. Tnx
I accidentally paid twice for an item. Would not refund my money to PayPal but gave me store credit. I was not returning something I purchased but was asking them to return money accidentally sent. Poor customer service.

I bought something online and hadn't a clue what it was when the receipt showed up. Neither did the receipt say what it was. ENTER Stacksocial. They told me what it was - something I bought online. But not only that. They also told me how to get in touch with the persons I bought it from. HEY! Great service. High five!
Very good service. I had been refunded for not been accessing for MBA program by Chris haroun. But it was not by mashable but my software issue. However i have resolved it by myself. I have paid back my refunded amount again to mashable. They are wonderful people, responded me on timely manner with proper customer service. Thank you so much
The heat can be turned into electricity to charge a battery and the battery charge the a/c till it empty then recharged again with the heat of a/c... this way old or new a/c will save a lot of consumed electricity and save a lot of energy too

What they provide is, as we say in the UK, exactly what it says on the tin.
Love their after sale service! I was asking for refund because of some personal issue, they responsed it quickly and give me the refund as guaranteed. Strongly recommend it to everyone!

Had a good buying experience as well and fantastic customer support.
I purchased a copy of the Mac PDF Processing Bundle. When I installed the bundle, three of the four programs were installed successfully with no problems. The fourth would not recognize the license code I was given. It took some back and forth communication with Zach at support, but he was persistent in finding me a solution and finally succeeded. My software is now all installed and registered.
Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."

Answer: I responded to an ad. Very stupid of me, and i will never do that again!
Answer: They have no customer service, just form letters. No matter how often you email them, you will get no response that makes sense. They have no way of contacting them except emails.
Answer: Clearly playing numbers game. Probably making their own positive reviews. No one stopping them. Internet scammers.
