I experienced difficulty in resetting my password for my account. The system would for what ever reason, would not allow me to do this. "Support" tried a number of things and kept at it until the problem was resolved

Got great customer service from PDFpen by SmileOnMyMac when I made a mistake ordering. Also love their excellent products, TextExpander and PDFpen PRO and thinking about their other scanning product offering, probably, when I can afford it. There are good deals around for their products, if you sign up or do a little looking, too.
Many of these courses are apparently made for Udemy, and therefore you'll have trouble getting codes and whatnot for free webhosting etc. to use with the course. I had bought Rob Percival's The Complete Web Developer, which should come with 1 year of webhosting, but I had no way of getting a code since it wasn't included with my receipt, nor is it in the details on the Purchases tab.
I then went to Udemy and bought Rob's Web Developer 2.0 and had no problem signing up for the free WebHosting.
My recommendation is, for learning, stick to official sites like Udemy and Coursera (there are frequent discounts for any course you may want to learn), and ignore the ubiquitous browser ads for Skillwise/StackSocial/StackSkills.
It took several correspondences, but I was treated well, listened to, and most importantly, completely satisfied with the outcome.
Made a mistake and duplicated my order. E-mailed service dept and they immediately fixed the problem. Have bought other items from the site and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work!
I've been a loyal and frequent Joyus customer for a few years, so I was so excited to see they are newly back in business. I made a recent purchase and forgot to use the 25% discount code including a swell water bottle. When contacting customer support to inquire about the discount and bottle, a rep. From Joyus responded right away and was more than happy to assist me. Not only will they include the bottle with my current order, they have offered me a 25% discount for use on a future order. I was very pleased that Joyus was so responsive with my request. They made me feel like they truly value me as a customer and want to earn my business. Thanks so much!
It was my first time dealing with this site. I did not know what to expect. I found customer service fast and efficient. I also appreciated the whimsical approach.
Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."

Answer: They have no customer service, just form letters. No matter how often you email them, you will get no response that makes sense. They have no way of contacting them except emails.
Answer: Clearly playing numbers game. Probably making their own positive reviews. No one stopping them. Internet scammers.
