They say they pride themselves on great customer service, and they are true to their word. Very impressed!
Was skeptical at first because of the deals offered. Gave it a try and delivered what was promised. Also had an issue with discount code and emailed them. They emailed back very quickly and resolved issue happily. So far great service.
I have purchased 2 products up to now and I didn't face with a big problem. Once I had a problem with redeeming my product and after I contact with the support team they solved my issue in a short time.
On Nov 27,2017 I ordered a small telescope to give for xmas... xmas came and went. Support had told me that another one had been sent. It too was never heard of again.
Finally on Feb. 13,2018 I was issued a refund. I don't think there was any problem with support. I suspect it was a very dodgy vender. But I probably won't try these guys again.
They are very trustful. I purchase many things from them and on one thre was an issue but the Heroic support people at end obtain a full refund for me.
I had a complaint with an online course i bought from them. Since i was still within the 15 day period, all it took was 1 e-mail (and a follow up after their response) to get a refund in store-credit. Some people may not like store credit but for me it worked out fine. Fairly quick response time and no hassle.
Purchased a $40.00 Credit Coupon for $20.00 through the https://shop.usatodaynetwork.com website. STACKCOMMERCE actually supplied the coupon. When I attempted to use it the coupon I found it was bogus. I requested a refund from the "Support Heroes" seven time with no response. After a week of waiting I got an email that stated "All Sales Final." and refused to refund me. STACKCOMMERCE is nothing more then a thug, a criminal institution that prays on trusting consumers. Avoid this fraudulent organization, or risk being taken advantage of. I have filled a dispute with my credit card company and will also be filing a complaint with the Frederal Bureau of Investigation Internet Crime Complaint Center, as well as the Federal Trade Commission.

I had a personal account with them, referred them thousands of dollars worth of business then one day they disabled my account indicating that I cannot be an affiliate WHILE referring them business.
Which did not make sense at all because I never was an affiliate with Stacksocial. I had a personal account and was given a REFERRAL ID to refer people to their products and services. It is NOT THE SAME as an affiliate as I made no commission off of any transactions. I was only making site credits of no real-world value.
Truth be told, I had over $1500 worth of referral credits. In my opinion, that was the real reason why they disabled my account so that I can no longer use those credits to claim products/services.
This company has the worst business practice that you can imagine. I would never buy nor refer anyone to this business again.
P.S.
Every time I checkout, I get this error message attached below. (yes I've contacted support, and they always give me the same explanation).
StackSocial advertised the Activeon CX camera for their "discounted" price of $43 indicating in it ad that it was 56% off the regular price of $99. Nowhere is the camera being sold for $99. Amazon is selling it for $31. When I brought this up to StackSocial I received an email from "Bruce" stating that the $99 figure was the "relative value" whatever that means. Sounds like "alternative facts" to me. Avoid StackSocial.
One of the worst company to deal with. Made my first purchase with a coupon but they charged me full price different than the one they showed when coupon applied. It's been two weeks trying to get a refund from them. First, they won't reply to my emails then opened a PayPal dispute and now they wanted to get in touch with me and kept asking me to cancel the dispute for them to refund me. I'm hesitant on doing that since they might not refund me. But come to think of it if they wanted to refund me they can easily refund me through PayPal, but they won't reply in time and just wasting time. They are a SCAM company, and I will not recommend anyone to do any business with them or use extreme caution!
I've had issues logging into my account over the past week. The site seems to accept my username/password but takes me to the main webpage asking me to log in again. I've tried different browsers, different computers, etc and it still happens. I've contacted support to address this and all they do is tell me to reset my password or reset my password for me and tell me to try it again. I've explained my login information isn't the issue, there's something wrong with my account, only to have the next email come through that says they're sorry I can't log in, here are steps to reset your password. I've asked to speak to a supervisor but no one has called me yet. A couple things to note here: 1) it's nice to see they hire nothing but script monkeys to man the support desk, no one can think outside the box, 2) why is there no phone number to call support? Why are we all stuck communicating over email where it takes a day or more to even get a response?
I placed an order on November 28th, and the expected delivery date was December 28th. I emailed them when I did not receive It, a few days later I got an email asking to confirm my shipping address and that they asked the vendor to ship one out. I confirm my shipping address and requested a tracking number. It's Janauary 10th... no respond, no product... I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!
I purchased a Striiv watch/ tracker. I wanted it to replace my Fitbit and saw that this advertised an alarm, so I bought it. After purchase, the notice they sent me was for a Striiv "Lite" which had no mention of it on their site. Needless to say, the "Lite" does not have an alarm so I do not want it. Even though they do not take back merchandise, they DID credit me for my purchase because their ad stated features that were not present. After my complaint, they changed the product description
I purchased a course "Publish an Android Game App" which was created in 2014 and never updated. The software they teach how to use does not function anymore. Website owners refuse to refund this useless course. Money wasted! :(
I tried to buy some VPN subscription from them and all seemed OK. But then, some guy emailed me that my credit card blocked the transaction and I need to send them a copy of my credit card and bank statement. I asked the credit card and it was not true. When I confronted them, they changed their narrative to "we value your privacy" bla bla bla. Cancelled my order but now I am afraid these guys will use my information in scams. I guess, if it is too good to be true then you are not the client anymore, you become the product.
Very helpful and prompt replies. Happy to use them again. Okay thanks, have a good new year. Is this 100 chctrs yet...
I got this on sale and it was the worst $15 I ever spent. I just wasted an hour skimming through the videos which were very low on information for the length and exceedingly boring. There was no other content, no exercises, no text, no feedback... although in one video the instructor does invite you to send him a video for feedback. I can only imagine, and pity, the poor sods who are forced to actually watch the whole thing at their workplaces.
I purchased a coupon, but Stackcommerce gave me a faulty coupon code (didn't work on the website). I sent a ticket, and received a (very slow) response with a new code. However, when I went to the website to redeem, there was no place to input the code, so I was charged for the full price of the product AND charged for the coupon. I have been trying to contact Stackcommerce for the past MONTH and have thus far only received two (very unhelpful) responses. I highly do not recommend this site to anyone. The customer service is extremely disappointing. They will not give you a refund even if the fault is on their end, and they won't respond to requests for one either.
I purchased 1Voice "noise-canceling" headphones from StackCommerce. Weeks after purchase, they arrived -- and they do work as inexpensive headphones but do not cancel noise. I contacted 1Voice multiple times with no reply, and StackCommerce twice. Interestingly, neither business lists a phone number anywhere that I can find. Refund refused, and the "warranty" is expired -- so a swap also is refused. Apparently the warranty expired before I received the product, and StackCommerce has an all-sales-final policy that I did not see until after experiencing a problem. I would never, ever make a purchase from them again, and suggest that you think two or three times also.
I've used a different VPN and saw an offer for a different one on Stacksocial with a 40% off coupon. When I processed the order the 40% was not applied. I immediately contacted them through their customer support to tell them NOT to process the payment, their process left me concerned about their performance. I then renewed my old VPN.
They've done everything but what I asked of them including offering credits for future purchases ('no, I won't ever use any of your services again"). Stay away.
Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."
Answer: Hi Humberto, We would love to help you on this. Please contact us at https://support.stackcommerce.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Answer: I responded to an ad. Very stupid of me, and i will never do that again!
Answer: They have no customer service, just form letters. No matter how often you email them, you will get no response that makes sense. They have no way of contacting them except emails.
Answer: Clearly playing numbers game. Probably making their own positive reviews. No one stopping them. Internet scammers.
