I've been using Stackry for a few years now and forwarded a couple of dozen packages to Australia.
They notify you at every step of the process, when a package arrives, when a shipment has been consolidated and sent. They charge modest fees for consolidation and storage, and offer a huge range of shipping options, so you can always be sure to get the best possible deal. They pack their shipments very securely and waste no space.
The one time I had an item arrive damaged to the warehouse they emailed me with detailed photos and asked me what I would like done with it. Shipping would have cost far more than what I paid for the item so I asked them to discard it as they saw fit. They applied a small fix and donated it to a local charity shop.
Being currently caught up in the Borderlinx/DHL dispute, I've actually been thinking about emailing Stackry to let them know just how much I appreciate their quality of service and communication. Perhaps that's why this request for feedback came along at this time; either way, I'm happy to give them five stars.
