Good but the price expensive
I hope to reconsider for the price.
Main problem reviving item.
2 times my shiment rejected because your company close. No body there to receive the shipment

Goods received in good working condition and within the predicted deadline
Shipment cost a bit on the high side

Best freight forwarding company I've used so far - fewer extra charges than others and very favourable rates with my preferred courier DHL.

Every thing was perfect. It is not my first time with shipping companies but stackry is the cheapest and best one.

Great service and easy communication with customer service team but the shipping is a bit expensive.

Stackry has been a great experience so far. Once the item has arrived at the facility, it has always been shipped out that same day. The service is really amazing. I highly recommend using them.

The shipment did not arrive and that is Fedex's problem but I was expecting the follow up and claim process would be smoother

I was having difficult getting a lithium ion ebike battery (made in the USA) shipped to a location outside of the USA. Stackry helped me with that problem when others could not.

Very bad handling packing and high prices compared with my old shipping provider.

Is it correct to delay the receipt of the shipment since 22-5-2018 and until now. I want to receive my shipment or compensation immediately for this delay because the agreement between us is from 8 to 14 days and the shipment was carried out on the date 14-5-2018 and today is 14-6- 2018

I'm so happy to have discovered Stackry! Now I'm able to get items from the US that aren't available in the UK, save on the cost of items made in the US that get marked up double in the UK and save loads on shipping! Definitely a money saver :) It's so quick and easy too.
