Greetings,

After the third shipment here in Stackry, and experiencing other shipment forwarding services, I'm confident enough to provide you with a Star out of five, due to the lack of any information regarding all of the shipments you received on my behalf, apart from shipment number, package dimensions, and weight.

Other service providers do in fact provide shipment description received in their part, I mean, after all, you do see the package name on the box, and the invoices received, this might make your customers assume that you're pushing them towards your paid inquiry services, which should be an optional luxury used every now and then, not a necessity for each item being received.

During my experience with Stackry, I had to cross-check every item received against my e-mail and/or Order History on the website I purchased from if they provide that information, which is not always the case.

I personally had it very challenging after receiving an item, that had a tracking number that didn't match any of the shipments I was expecting, not knowing which courier service was linked to this tracking number (which is another problem) had me copying and pasting the tracking number in several courier websites, until I found out that it was an Envelope, no one bothered from your part putting anything other than dimensions, and weight, and I had to fill the Item Description as "Envelope", which also strangely had to be priced.

Item Description should be filled by your part from the ample amount of information you receive, giving the customer the ability to change the description would be a bonus, and price should be allowed to be zero such as in the case of the Envelope, for it's not an item that I've purchased.
