I've been using Stackry for a couple years and have always been impressed with their consistent and high level of service. With a shipment every month or two, I've never been disappointed. Stackry opened a devicde, removed the batteries, then shipped the device and put the battery back in my locker. Now Stackry refuses to ship the battery. The device is worthless without this critical component. The support did not answer for days!
The Card verification process is not intuitive. But great service overall...
