As an expat living abroad I have been using stackry's forwarding service for years. There are two reasons I continue to utilize their service. First, they give you options/pricing/dates for multiple shipping companies so you can compare costs and lead times and decide yourself which option to choose, unlike other forwarders who have one flat rate. Second, they have excellent customer service. They always reply back promptly to my messages and I've never had any sort of issue go unresolved. Never once had a lost package either! Absolutely love Stackry and couldn't give them a better recommendation

It would better to get the charge details before submitting the final payment rather than after. I wasn't sure why the charge was so different from the shipping costs until after paying when the charge details showed that import duty was being collected.

Easier and smoother than expected (first time using this service) although I initially tried to use bitcoin for payment, which is awesome that the service is offered but there seemed to be an error with this payment method (it was requesting way too many coins) so opted for paypal instead
I needed to know the full cost of shipping BEFORE committing to repackaging. The initial weight of 5lb was finally charged at 12lb. That is a significant difference! I have been impressed by your email responses but they did not help solve the issue
I've been using Stackry for years and always been really happy with the service but now I feel seriously robbed, had to wait two weeks for a reply to an email while the storage fees are piling up and had I known I would have to pay the consolidation fee twice after asking to remove one item because I wanted to save money on shipping, ended up not saving anything and wasted two weeks. Will definitely reconsider using Stackry in the future.

لقد اعطيت علامتين فقط لوجه عملاء الاتصال نعم خدمة الدعم ممتازة، لكن الباقي دون المستوى لقد تم ارسال طرد من ايباي بأبعاد 2*13*15 وعند الوصل طلبت خدمة اعادة التغليف ظنا مني انه ستققلون من الحجم لكن اتفاجئ ان الحجم صار اكبر 10*9*7 وخدمة الشحن مرتفعة.
