All the advertising indicated that I would have a wide variety of shipping options available to choose from, with pricing varying according to my pocket.
THIS WAS NOT THE CASE WHEN IT CAME TIME TO HAVE MY PARCELS SHIPPED TO ME.
Instead, I was given only the 4 most expensive options I had seen on any of the advertised options and when I got through to a customer service agent to query this I was told these were the only options available to my region, though this had never popped up, been flagged or indeed in any way been made clear to me when filling out my home address for shipping purposes.

I know this could have been helped, as both DHL AND Aramex were on the list of couriers, but for some reason my only option was 1-5 day shipping, whereas I KNOW they offer slower courier options at lower prices from the US as I have used them both before.
You simply did not want to help me.
You wanted to charge me and I could do nothing about it because my packages were already there.

I feel wildly taken advantage of and doubt I will be using your services again.

Your shipping has cost more than 3/4 the value of my consolidated packages and it is purely for that reason that I doubt I will be using this service again, which is really such a shame because the user experience with the mobile app platform, the Whatsapp updates and package consolidation was wonderful.

My only feedback for the app would be to allow users to stay logged in or use biometric authentication on their mobile phones because it becomes very annoying having to type your entire email address and password in every time one needs to check in on a package. Rather have a user log in once and stay logged in until they log out, like Facebook.

The whole process from receipt of item by Stackry, communication when items are received, shipping process, confirmation of payment is all excellent. But i would like to see cheaper shipping methods to Kenya especially. On the website Aramex is indicated as one of the partners and i have used them before and they are quite affordable but when it comes to selection of shipping company, Aramex does not appear. Shipping rates are on the high. Normally Fedex would charge USD 118 for 16lbs Economy 2_5 days to Kenya but yours USD 198 for 2 -8 days economy with the same company.
