Not impressed at all. Shipping costs have increased significantly. Also I have experienced issues with the Stackry website not loading properly during checkout with messages appearing that say it cannot load etc...
Thought delivery costs are less expensive.
At the end with additional taxes I had to pay twice the price of the product.
For future I know to ship multiple orders for less costs.

First try no shipping options, they only became available when I logged back on, also very expensive for such a small package, so I wont make a habit of buying things this way. Are larger packages more economical?

Hi David, thanks for taking some time to leave a review. I'm sorry you are unimpressed. You wrote here that shipping costs have increased significantly. I see you have four shipments with us in your time as a Stackry customer, which we appreciate and were happy to offer our services to assist with. The price difference from the first shipment to the second was $8.68, from your second shipment to your third was $2.00, and from your third shipment to your fourth was $1.00. I see similarities in your shipments with regard to their size and weight, the carrier you selected, and the fact they are all single packages that received no further services from us while in our care, such as repacking or consolidation, as we forwarded them just as they were received. While we strive to provide the lowest price possible for our customers, and will continue to do so, our pricing is based heavily on the current rates and any surcharges implemented by our partner carriers, which will inevitably trickle down to our own rates, too. Regardless, if your priority is saving on shipping costs, my recommendation would be to select a more economic carrier option, or have several orders/items delivered to our warehouse so you can have them consolidated altogether to be shipped as one shipment, and pay just the one bill versus several bills over several shipments. Our customers see the most savings when utilizing our repacking and consolidating services.
To your point about our website, this could be the result of any number of things, from updates and patches on our end, to problems with the payment platform providers, to internet connection issues. If you have a specific instance or example of when the site is not loading properly and the error it is giving, we are able to pass that along to our IT so they can look into it and see if it is a more widespread issue.
