Never had any issues with Ed Irving parcels. Only thing I would change is on the shipping costs screen, I would rather see the full amount including repacking etc (so that when I move money to the $ card from £ I know how much to shift the first time instead of moving and then going another transaction)
Mostly awesome, the website is clear and concise and very easy to understand, however when I emailed your service asking for help a couple of times recently regarding this parcel, the response I got was not easy to understand at all and didn't answer my question. My experience was mostly great though!

So far it has been very easy and efficient - slightly surprised at the level of postal charges but I guess these are outwit Stackry's control

It was difficult to work out what I should do this first time.
I am puzzled by the state it was delivered in. It was in a grey bag with no indication of the sender or the value. No customs information. No declared value. It had been opened and stuck together again with blue sticky tape. The bottle inside had been unwrapped and fastened again with blue sticky tape. It was not opened by UK customs because they stick a label on and charge for it. So it must have been opened by you. Is that usual?
I'm not convinced the GST charges are fair. I know there is GST on the product but not on all the other elements. I might be wrong but just sending through your policy does not prove that NZ govt charges on your shipping fees, etc.
Packages always arrive damaged due to Stackry staff not properly consolidating or re-packaging with care. Pictures of the packages often do not contain the sender's address, thus it is impossible to gauge what is in the packages. Sometimes pictures are not attached to all packages or are obstructed by someone's head. Customer service takes ages to respond and do not properly read the logs, thus request things that have already been submitted.
However, I appreciate this service. Thank you.
Some of the processes could be explaind a little bit better but, everything was very good also the support was fast. I'll think i will use this again and also recomand it to colleagues. Thank you very mutch. Som kind of tip PayPal account would be nice too for the workers.
