There needs to be a warning that once the repacking is clicked. You can't turn back or cancel. I was still expecting some sort of shipping calculator on how much it would cost on the next page.
To my surprise, everything is already being processed immediately. At least give us about 5 mins to cancel in case we pressed something wrong. As a first time user, it's pretty frustrating that I end up paying more than I should.
My shipment id ******* was shipped with Aramex on 23rd February but even after 15 days Aramex says they yet to receive parcel from stackry. I have opened support ticket every 2 days but they just do give same reply to wait for update. So careless team, I hardly write reviews but their harassment to customers is now beyond tolerance. Also this shipment was earlier shipped in January and at that time Aramex told me they received damaged shipmemt. Then Aramex returned it back and stackry charged me more for repacking and shipped again. Now again similar issue.
Hope after reading my concern here they will try to track my parcel status and resolve the issue. Because on email they not concerned at all.

I used your service few times, everything worked fine. This time you wanted to charge for 3 Lb package 132 USD shipping to Croatia. I could ship it directly from eBay for 65 USD, but I choose Stackry, hope you gonna save me some money. I was very wrong.
I thought there would be cheaper shipping alternatives, this is just as expensive as any normal shipping fee... However, it still allowed for shopping from homepages that normally do not offer international shipping :)

Received contradicting information from your teams. Parcels left over a weekend (no indication anywhere that you're shut weekends). My goods were left outside for two days and contact your team at the first thing on the Monday morning to ask if they were received. I was told they were not received and therefore stolen. I reordered all the items and then a few days later, the packages miraculously appeared in my received packages. No contact from your teams to say what happened. Email queries were left ignored. Overall not a great experience so finding it very difficult to score you anything more than 1 star. Quite frankly, I'm concerned I won't receive the items because of the experience. It's also left me questioning whether to take my business to a competitor like Shippn based on the way I've been treated. The jury is out...
The user interface is good and easy to understand. I surely come back for using this service again and again later on. I like that there are many curriers service to choose depend on speed that I need for that kind of product.
I used to use fishisfast. This is first time with stackry. Your respond is to slow and I fased issue because of that. It caused my shipment delay and paying extra fees.
