I called for help filling in and finishing my order, and the STACKRY rep was very helpful and patient.

Stated that the face cream was not permitted to be shipped to the UAE. The same face cream had been delivered 2 weeks ago through Shop & Ship. That did not bother me as much as when I went to pay to just have my package delivered to my home address, they charged me a hazmat fee! The package came from Amazon…what hazmat could face cream have? That's a rhetorical question, please don't send me some standard BS response. I spend thousands of dollars a year using forwarding services because I live overseas, Stackry has just insured I will NOT be using this service anymore.

The pictures that are taken to describe a package are often useless as they show my Stackry address really well, which is not helpful when I am trying to work out who sent me the package, or the tracking info including the courier that is sending the package.
Hi, my Shipment 371624 was Badly packed and boxes were not sturdy enough for the weight of contents. I have had really great service from Stackry and not so good, quality management seems a bit off at the moment. For my Shipment 379312, the photos sent to help identify the contents were not alwyas helpful. Thanks, Kate
