A little confusing navigating all the way to the payment process
Not very straight forward at all for payment. Also, the first time i tried there was DHL option, but disappeared and not able to choose DHL.
Entire process from receipt of items to shipping is very cumbersome and lacks efficiency from the user end. Stackry is quick to respond and acts on user instructions very fast. No complaints there but process is too many steps.

Malheureusement Stackry est chère. Ils offrent un service de qualité Ultra Premium mais c'est vraiment chère comparé à Myus (selon l'estimateur de coût de livraison). La seule raison pour laquelle je préfère rester avec Stackry est parce que j'arrive à économiser beaucoup d'argent sur les frais douaniers contrairement à Myus qui m'en fait perdre beaucoup. Finalement Je recommande Stackry et je doute que vous trouverez meilleur au niveau du rapport qualité prix.

The service offered by Stackry is of high quality. Packages received by Stackry are displayed very quickly on the dashboard and your package is quickly sent to DHL or Fedex for delivery. Unfortunately Stackry is expensive. They offer an Ultra Premium quality service but it's really expensive compared to Myus (according to the delivery cost estimator). The only reason I prefer to stay with Stackry is because I can save a lot of money on customs fees unlike Myus, which saves me a lot (i shop for myself not a resseller so F customs). Finally I recommend Stackry and I doubt that you will find better in terms of value for money.
Had an issue with shipping, customer support were extremely helpful and patient. I feel they went above and beyond in overcoming my issue.
