I use this company when buying blu-ray and UHD releases only available to the US, overall my experiences so far have been good.
However, their shipping rates are a little on the expensive side (even for the basic no frill option) with the better services verging on prohibitively expensive. Ridiculously so.
Any collectors will want to use the $15 bubble wrap/extra protection option to any orders being forwarded. I didn't with my first and it was blinding obvious as how little care was put in to safely securing the parcel (it arrived partially open) and ensuring the contents were correctly protected.
Maybe photos showing customers what care and level of attention is given to each parcel sent when the various options are selected at checkout would be informative and show better transparency.
Also a lesson on basic photography for the individual(s) responsible for photography of parcels when they arrive would be another good option as a lot of the time they are useless.
Billable weight double the actual weight of the item. Repackaging did not change billable weight but charged nevertheless. That is an unfair system to charge for repackaging even though there's no change in weight apparently.
I have been using services from Stackry for a while now... however I started to feel the shipping rates along with other charges have been increased significantly. Anyway... I can't complain as long as my items are safely and timely arriving. Thanks Stackry!

Lack of ownership by staff sorting out mistakes they made and blaming it on the clients leaving the matters unresolved. They know their clients are international and that they cant really do any thing about it. The only option is to pay for their stuff up and move on with your life
