Expensive but working, i might try different websites

I understand the "bad address" fee but $5 seems a bit excessive. When I'm shopping online, I always input the full address as written in my dashboard but I cannot control what the merchant is going to put on the label.

Generally good/smooth, but the shipping costs were rather higher than anticipated this time around. Obviously variation expected based on weight/dimensions, but as an infrequent user, consolidation doesn't help me. I'll think twice before using again.

Customer service has not been great, I have a package that I was told was destroyed. It is still in my locker but has gained so much storage fees I cannot afford to ship it. I am very disappointed with the service I've received. I will be closing my account shortly.

At first, you feel comfortable, but after collecting purchases, you are surprised by the limited options of shipping companies and forcing the buyer to a limited shipping company with an exaggerated shipping price. Do not use tempting phrases such as collecting shipments, which saves you costs, saving on assembly, but it bites in the shipping price.

Trying to pay directly for the shipping gives me an error so I had to add funds to my account and then pay for the shipping.

Completely love the service you provide. I have faith knowing my goods are safe and always my wishes have been met.

My shipment seems very expensive compared to what i could have payed directly through amazon shipping

So far 2 items have gone missing from my parcels, clearly space for them in my box from stackry and no sign of tampering after sealing. Beware collectible items may be a target to some employees. Still haven't been given my refund for the missing items.

Not satisfied with the prohibited items policy. Leather pistol holster, is it considered a prohibited item, please reconsider or look for an alternative shipping company

Pricing Was not as expected very costly comparing to other websites and companies that provide the same services. On the other hand customer service was good, the packages posting good and construction was ok
