Was told my skincare products could not ship to Spain, only AFTER paying for my skincare order and upon receipt by Stackry. I was therefore stuck and could not ship onwards.
Easy to use and the app is well designed. Shipping options are good.
I'm quite new, I liked the experience and got great service when i had some questions.
I needed chat support but they are never available
It's toke long time to complete Consolidation, more than 48 hrs!
Only small issues were:
1) The delay of a few days waiting for consolidation of three small parcels
2) That consolidation made no difference to billable weight
3) Having my Amex debit card rejected so the payment had to go through Paypal
I can't really say if I would recommend Stackry until I have received the package in South Africa. I have found the Stackry support team to be very helpful and informative.
So far my experience with Stackry has been super easy. I just received an email that my package arrived at their facility and the process to forward on to my home address was quite simple. Hopefully the rest of my experience is as equally good

The prices keep going up compared to the shipping costs directly from the supplier. I will be using other means of shipping to Hong Kong in the future.
