Stackry is BRILLIANT love it! But the new website design has a bug that needs ironing out. I'd have to open the customs information tab 3 or 4 times just to use it once as the scroll bar does not always appear so you input the info then cant scroll down to submit so you have to cancel and do it all again. Very frustrating
So far, so good, but the obligation to accept all cookies (without a choice) is really annoying. I don't want Facebook to see what I do.

My first experience was they billed me for shipping an item that I had not requested to be shipped yet as I was adding items to be consolidated and had to call them to credit back the shipping charge.
The lowest shipping rate provided me by Stackry was FedEx International $135.00 USD because they do not offer a USPS Priority Mail Service for only $85.00 USD. They cost me $50.00 more in shipping than was necessary. I will now use this other parcel forwarding service as it is certainly more economical.

All good so far, hopefully the shipment comes thru with no issues. One oddity of notice is that on the page where I was asked to choose the shipping type (dhl express etc.) it was written that my shipment contains hazmat products, which is not the case as I am having an headphone set shipped to me. I hadn't ticked the hazmat option during package repacking either.

It took too long to consolidate, I honestly was not expecting this much. Speckled that the autoreply customer service was not solving anything, until i finally managed to find the support email to get things done.
