This business does not honor its refund policy! It took over a month to get the dress. It arrived when I was out of town. As soon as I returned home I tried on the dress and knew it wouldn't work. So I attempted to return the dress, following the instructions, I was told it was past the 14 days. I counted the days and it was actually day 14, they claimed it was day 15. (big deal) I would NEVER order from a company that treats its customers this way! The dress was only tried on, repackaged and was ready to mail on day 14. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, FOR ANYTHING!

Easy to access the site and order. Gives options to customise your size
We ordered two sizes for my daughters homecoming. One fit her perfectly and was the most gorgeous dress. I wanted to return the second one but it was a major hassle. I ended up keeping it and reselling it. But the dresses are gorgeous an so well made. We decided to do a custom fit for her prom dress this time and I think this is a safer way to go.

Made an error in ordering (trying to multitask) and got on the chat to rectify, immediately I was sent an email with the correct order. In less than 2 weeks my beautiful party dress arrived.
Its perfectly true to size (I ordered a size 6) and I have received so many compliments its on the verge of being embarrassing.

Easy except the syntax of placing the state before the city in the address was confusing and caused me to go back to make sure it wasn't a mistake.
Was told to get support from live chat, then spoke to live chat and they said someone will contact me, they needed me to explain the whole situation again, when I replied they told me not to submit another ticket (thought I was just replying), then receive an email telling me to talk to live chat and not submit ticket, then they told me to submit a ticket. Please don't read this in a negative tone. I just wanted to share the feedback loop. Otherwise, you all seem lovely.

I had ordered two dresses previously, and the company is unwilling to offer me a return even though the color is wrong for both dresses, offered me a 20$ refund which is less than the shipping, I wouldn't recommend this company if you are trying to order for a wedding party

Great options and easy to purchase. Shipping was as expected took about 12 days to receive that's with no alterations. Quality was great and the fit was true to size. My daughter is 5'7 wears a medium we purchased a size 10. The length was a bit long. In the picture it looked shorter so, I am going to return my original order and re-order with a shorter length.
