I wanted a Conservative dress my church wedding. This dress worked well. The only thing that didn't fit well was actually the length, but I decided against altering the train or dress and the flow of it. It looks beautiful. This dress is one that photographs very well, regardless of body type.

They're very careful not to disclose this information in their "hassle free" return policy. I received a poor quality dress shoved in an 8 x 10 inch plastic envelope, inside out and nowhere near the size it was supposed to be. I immediately contacted them and was told they'd give me a $15 refund or I could try to resell the dress to recoup some money. They stated it would take more than 14 days to receive it (even though it was the day I received it) so I was out of luck. After many emails they were sorry "I was in a bad mood". Also the address on the return label will not accept returns so there's no address to even send it. Please, please do not buy from this deceptive company. I can honestly say I've never seen such poor customer service.

The dress did not look like the picture on the website.
The color was very nice.
The straps continued to fall off of my daughter's shoulders, so we moved the straps in, toward the middle of the back instead of by the arms. This position was much better.

We ordered the dress for Nov. 2nd. The confirmation was Oct. 29 to Nov. 2nd, but after 2 days, it changed to Oct. 31 to Nov. 3rd, and we got the dress on Nov. 4th. The dress was amazing, but sadly, it was 2 days too late. Customer service is great, too. They are working with us to get her graduation dress now for a lower cost. Thank you!

I ordered my granddaughters dream dress for Homecoming from Stacees. I would recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before the event. We received an email that it would arrive 2 days after the dance. She was heartbroken but had a backup dress to wear. 2 hours before pictures the dress arrived on the day of Homecoming. She was so excited. This is the second dress she has purchased from Stacees and will be ordering her Senior Prom dress also. The dresses are very well made, beautiful and the dressmakers are very talented. I was happy Cinderella made it to the Ball! Thank you.

I got this dress for my daughters first homecoming and it was a show stopper! We ordered a 2 and it fit perfect except in the bust area. 2 small stitches on both sides fixed that. She was the talk of homecoming! Will definitely be ordering from here again!
