It was the best! Many lovely gowns to choose from, however I found the most stunning dress for me! Love love love!
Canceled a dress 5 mins after accidentally placing the order ($245.00) through customer serv. Chat and they said they would refund my money in full. Five days later I've gotten two emails from them asking if my order details are correct (they're trying to make me a custom dress when I ordered a reg. Size, not a customer order.) I keep emailing them trying to get a confirmation that they've canceled my order. No response from them other than that. I'm livid.
Love the custom option and my daughter purchased for prom. Quality was great and reasonably priced. For $30 more you can have custom fit!
We ordered a formal dress with custom measurements. It fit my daughter perfectly! It arrived way earlier than I was expecting and customer service was top notch. They reached out to get the date of the event and checked in with me after as well!

Very fast in creating and shipping. Very courteous and nice in responding to all emails and after receiving merchandise.
The ivory colored dress I ordered came in with some type of green dye stain on the back of the dress. My daughter needed it for a upcoming dance so I took it to a seamstress to attempt to cut that piece of the material off but then it was too short. I reached out to customer service and they were quick to remake a replacement dress and shipped it out quickly. The dress itself is super cute and different than in stores. My daughter doesn't reuse dresses after one use so I can't speak for how it holds up after one use but I do recommend and will buy again.

Will not really accept a return. They will tell you to pay to ship back to CHINA. They will ask for pictures of your child in the dress. They will respond to emails very slowly and attempt to drag out, then negotiate to try to get you to keep the product. Their return language on main page is very broad but deep in the site they have so many restrictions that you will not be able to return or exchange. They have a staff dedicated to not accepting returns and fighting credit card protests. Avoid this company.
