Ordering was easy- they verified custom mearsurements several times (6'2" female) The strap on that dress broke while she wore it, otherwise good expereience.

I ordered a dress. When it arrived it was poorly made, too small and I had ordered slightly bigger than their stated measurements. They do not except returns nor give refunds. Even using PayPal protection did not help. Now stuck with ugly, too small expensive dress.

The dress we purchased in 2024 was shown with a slit but arrive with none. When we attempted to contact customer service for a partial refund, our request was repeatedly ignored. I paid a seamstress $100 to alter the dress to add the slit. Hoping for a better experience this time.

Stacees made my prom/bridesmaid dress about a year and a half ago and the quality was so good. It was a beautiful emerald green, satin mermaid/trumpet dress with a corseted top. The colour quality and fabric quality was incredible. Over all, a well crafted and certainly well loved dress.

We ordered a custom size and the dress still shipped out quickly. We had one little piece of boning that wasnt tucked into a seam and Stacees customer care was fast and efficient handling our concern. Dress was beautiful
