I purchased a dress for a formal event. The dress was beautiful, but the stitching was loose in certain areas and needed to be patched before I could wear it. DO NOT FRET because that is an easy fix. The dress was beautiful, and I will be ordering again.

Ordered first dress and asked to exchange size for stock size within 20 days. Offered no exchange, no help whatsoever. Stock sizes. Ridiculous. And based on trying on the next size that another bridesmaid ordered, there is NO WAY the stock sizes measure what they say they do. If so, I was sent the wrong size to begin with. Just bad experience with zero effort for customer service. I was outside of the return window by days but shocked there was no effort to work with me on an even exchange.
