When I read return policy it said I could return if dress wasn't worn. My dress wasn't worn, and I was told I can't return it and need to pay $50 for a new one. Highly disappointed.
I have ordered 3 dresses from Stacees.com for my daughter to have for school dances. They have all been the correct fit, great quality and beautiful. My daughter will not get a dress anywhere else but this site.

If I'm ordering an overpriced dress and paying more than $100, the least you can do is ship for free. Sizing is also off, I ordered a short dress and it was way too long and had to pay to have it hemmed.

Customer Service is good. The dresses our great quality quality. The return process is the only negative. I can see so far It would be much easier to just be able to get in there and get a return label if it is unused and non-warn and within the days allotted

Purchased my daughters prom dress from Stacee's. It came in good timing the dress was absolutely stunning. My daughter and myself were over the moon with it.
