I will try to be short: my bridesmaid dress costed like a good dress in UK but with a very bad quality. The company is NOT a UK company, is of China. They told me the delivery is with delay, They did not give me explanations or the day when I was should receive it, (when they promise to me that I will have the dress on the indicated day, I have insisted!) the delivery was a week late. The attendance is only for e-mail, never is the same person and not always are polite or appropriate for costumers. I decided buy in this shop because they have to much colours and I needed an specific one. Conclusion: I bought other dress on the same day of the wedding (in other place of course) with a lot of stress and very expensive, and this company don't will give me the refund because was made with my specifics sizes. Plus: the dress was a little bit dirty...! Never, never buy here!

The best way to get your money back.

1. Email them a few times asking for your refund and returns address.
2. If refused, report them to trading standards.
3. Contact your bank's dispute/fraud team and they will take care of the rest.

Things to note.
1. Apparently all the dresses are custom made. 2. This company will NEVER refund you money. 3. All they will do is offer to sell you another dress at a discount rate (according to other reviews, this new dress may not fit either).
4. Most important of all, DO NOT GIVE UP. Keep chasing up your bank until you get your money back! It worked for us.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this website for my wedding, they turned up labelled "Jimmy Choo" but clearly aren't! They were not advertised as Jimmy Choo on the website. They don't fit me and I ordered a heel height of 10cm and they are 7.5cm high. I've been emailing for a week now to get my money back and they have offered £20 when I spent £58, or offered a different pair of shoes or a discount on a dress! Totally shocking company, and I didn't realIse they we're I now Hong Kong as they have a. co.uk website address. I will be complaining to the Hong Kong Customs & Excise as suggested above! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

It's a scam! They offer refunds, but Do not give them. Ordered a custom dress with my measurements. The dress arrived, I tried it on, it's so tight, it won't even zip. My measurements were accurate. I turned the dress inside out and took measurements of every seam. Some of the seams are an inch off. The dress sits off center. It's a piece of crap. I contacted the company, and, (as with so many of the other customers) asked me to send photos. I did. They said they made the dress to my exact measurements, and could not take it back. Offered me 10 pounds. Then offered me 20 pounds. If I had checked google for their reviews instead of what is on their site, I would have NEVER purchased from them. Their site is set up to look like a UK company, but they are not. So angry, so humiliated... going to try to do something about them.

I ordered a uk size 14 as i am a 12 to 14 but it was more like a size 10 it would only zip up just past waist, i sent photographs showing the problem.The customer service is a con they said they didnt think there was anything wrong with it that i ordered wrong size but said they would pay me £10 to put it right. I am left with this dress and out of pocket, i have never been treated so bad by any company, I wish i had read reviews something should be done about this company its a disgrace

NEVER buy from this company. I ordered a bridesmaid dress, paid over £100. It came and was a cheap imitation of the picture on their website. It was completely the wrong colour, made to fit a woman who would have to be about 7 ft tall and completely ill-fitting. I have asked repeatedly for their returns address and a refund to no avail. We are now on the 30th email. They are refusing to cooperate telling me it is fine but offering me a £10 refund to get it altered myself. My bank are now dealing with it but I strongly advise anyone from purchasing from Staccees, they are complete fraudsters.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I'm getting married next year and I was looking online for bridesmaid dresses. I searched for bridesmaid dresses UK and Stacee's came up, so I looked through the website and found a dress I liked. I had a look on the Facebook page and it had good reviews so messaged the company to check if they accepted refunds as stated on the website. I had a conversation with someone and she said I could get a refund 30 days up to receiving the dress, so I ordered it. After this I started seeing negative reviews on the Facebook page so I messaged some of the woman. They explained the dresses they had ordered arrived later than the delivery date they were told, they were poorly made and didn't look like the picture. This is exactly what happened to me. It arrived late, the stitching was poor and this was visible, and it looked cheap. As stated on the website I emailed them a complaint and asked for a returns address and refund. They asked what was wrong with the dress and asked me to send photos, which I did. I was told as they were only small problems to go to a local shop to get them fixed and that I wouldn't be able to have a refund, but I could have a discount on my next order. They explained they only do refunds if the measurements on the dress were made incorrectly and is it so hard for me to measure it to check. They are rude, liars and rip off merchants. They take photos from genuine websites and then when ordered they get someone from China to copy the design and make it but to a very low standard. They have now blocked me from their Facebook page so I can't react or comment anymore to warn others, and they delete the negative comments. So they have stolen £90 from my wedding fund and I'm stuck with an awful dress I can't use.
