Absolutely unprofessional company! If you order a dress forget about exchange or refund, they will not do it! They keep saying they do not have dresses in stock and they can't accept return. 2 out of 4 bridesmaids dresses made wrong, too small. I am now stuck 6 weeks before wedding, avoid at all cost. I am stressed enough without bridesmaid dresses DRAMA topping up my anxiety. Can anyone advise if you managed to get your money back?

I ordered my bridesmaid dresses from Stacees and like many others I really wish i had read these reviews beforehand. The dresses arrived quickly but despite being "made to measure" they did not fit either of my bridesmaids. The colour is different to the original colour sample I received and they generally look cheap. They do not look like the picture on their website. Sent numerous emails to their "customer care" team which were ignored. I persisted and they have told me that as they are made to measure they cannot be returned - even though they do not fit! Avoid!

I so wish I had read the reviews before ordering my daughters dress, it arrived crumpled up in a tiny bag it looked nothing like the photo, the quality was poor and it did not fit. I emailed them requesting a refund after explaining and they told me to send photos which I did, it was email after email and then they said if I ordered another dress they would give me a discount, so I would be stuck with a £114 dress and would have to buy another one too. I have now threatened them with trading standards as they are refusing to give me a refund, I am disgusted and this company should be closed down. It has put me off ordering things online. The fact they say they are based in the U. K. When they are actually based in Hong Kong is shocking. A complete RIP OFF!

Shocking way to treat people i ordered a dress its far to big for me so i requested a return to be told no but i can get a little discount on another one then the shoes i had the diamantees are missing again i was told nothing can be done i can have a little discount i am now in a row with the company does anyone know the returns address? Awful company no after care at all dont vbuy you have been warned return to rong mao zhang, room 201 first block, huicui gardens, 21, jiang xing road, pingjiang, suzhou jiangsu *******, china. Please be persistant tell them you have contacted trading standards in china and england and take many photos of the fit the postage the label attatched to the dress still etc i am posting mine back today..

If only I had read the reviews before I ordered a dress from this company! Their website makes it appear that they are a UK company. My dress was mailed from Singapore. It was probably made in a sweatshop somewhere in Southeast Asia. I sent exact measurements, most of which were followed. However, the tea length dress in the picture did not arrive. I got a dress that fell to the floor. Stacees admitted in writing (email) that they didn't follow the length measurement I gave them. I told them it would cost $40 to have the dress hemmed. They offered $15 saying they only make a profit of $10 on the dress. I'm now disputing the charge through my Chase credit card company. It's just a nightmare. Meanwhile, my daughter's wedding is getting closer and I don't have a dress. Buyer beware. Especially when you are buying something from a country where there is no consumer protection!

Im sorry for all the negative reviews on here. However I ordered a mother of the groom dress and jacket like many others I assumed this was a uk based company. I asked the questions about delivery times. Was told three weeks... for custom made... and decided to go with. I placed order... promptly I got an email asking me for more measurements. In which I quickly replied to. I paid approx £150. And like everyone else no sign of dress getting close to date I required it... e mail after email. Was dhl holding it up... Two days before it supposed to be here I send them an email saying if it not here dont bother as I wont accept it... next day it came... I was petrified to open it after reading many a negative review... but to my surprise the colour (hunter green satin) absolutely gorgeous. I tried it on. And like all was disappointed not fitting like picture... looked like Joan Collins. I was devastated... however I took my dress to a fantastic dress maker... she charged me £50 to correct all the mistakes. And made my outfit absolutely stunning... she also said for her to make me this outfit in this country would have cost £500. So Stacees made a beautiful dress just the sizes all wrong the workmanship that went into it was fantastic. I was lucky I ordered with a month to spare and had the time to get it sorted... the amount of comments I got on the day. Stunning. Gorgeous... fantastic made it all worth it... this is a true review thank you Dawn

I bought a standard size dress (cheaper than tailored), but they demanded exact measurements (although at no extra cost). So when the dress came, and the length was way too short - they refused to refund or take it back as it was 'tailored' made and they could not sell it on, and that they would make a loss if they did. They deflected all responsibilities and accused me of measuring the dress wrong. THEY WILL NOT REFUND. DO NOT BUY.

Dont ever order anything from them ordered a size 18 outfit as sizes small came more like a 12 Im only a size 14 e mailed them to return as no return form was sent told it was custom made no it wasnt asked for money back no chance paid £111.50 with shipping in dispute with them never order anything from them I looked at the reviews on their site and they were brilliant wish I had of looked at other reviews sites independent ones like this site I would never ever of ordered anything

This company are appalling, they take your money, provide you with clothes that are not fit for purpose, their customer service attitude is disgraceful. I was offered £10.00 for two dresses costing me £200.98 and the offer of a discount on a future order, I would never give them another order. Some of the emails said if you be "nice" we may consider more refund, who do they think they are. Looking on the website they are making a lot of money out of making people very miserable and should be unable to advertise their goods i the way that they do. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY.

To any one who has a special event coming up do not order from this company I confirmed with them a delivery time before ordering and they did not deliver the event was my sons wedding so ended up having to go shopping the day before my sons wedding to buy another dress in total I spent £500 I emailed Stacees on a number of ocations to ask for confirmation of delivery they never did this my sons wedding was yesterday 20th of November 2017 and I still have not received that dress. They r now asking me to keep the dress for another event what a cheak after all the stress they have caused do NOT order from this company I wonder how long it will take me to get my money back.

I have had worst experience with stacees.co.uk
They claim to be UK based but are honkong / china based.
And due to their fault, my key event was spoiled, I've lost reputation and relationship with my children
