I had a problem with 2 things:
1. It was a little hard to final the correct list of commands to run in order to prepare the key (with/without passphrase, etc.) and install it in AWS for an ELB. There was documentation on the site but it was still complicated.
2. I found out that the certificate was created with SHA-1 and I saw standard now is SHA-2 - so it was a little disappointing.

Great price. Good site. However there is a bug on this form. Email and Name are pre-populated with '[object HTMLInputElement]' in chrome.
Also, on this page http://www.shopperapproved.com/surveys/index.php?id=*******&email=ssls whenever I click on a star rating, my page in chrome jumps around, its really annoying.
They're certainly cheap, and the certificates are legitimate. RapidSSL's 7.99 per year through SSLs.com is the cheapest anywhere that allows commercial use. It works too. I was worried it wouldn't be supported in mainstream browsers but thankfully it is. Absolutely no reason not to buy through this site.
