I have tried to submit this twice without putting in a written comment. It takes some gall to force a written comment from a consumer just because I purchased a product from your company. Actually, I was trying to avoid making comments that you might regard as excessively negative, contentious or degrading which, as you point out in the "comment guidelines," are subject to removal. I will not do that, but I will tell the truth about my experience.

Now that I have that out of the way, some comments: I found the written instructions to be incomplete and very difficult to understand. BTW, I have three university degrees including a Ph.D. So I do not consider myself stupid or incompetent. However, I had to contact customer support three times trying to get this SSL Certificate installed and activated. The first two support personnel attempted in good faith to help but their help lead nowhere except to deeper frustration.

The third support person was different and I reached her through the help request link on the front page of the site. She was absolutely outstanding and walked me through each step of the installation and activation by asking questions and providing short, specific, straightforward instructions. Prior to talking to her I had been working on this more than six hours. After I started working with the third support person the certificate was installed and activated in less than 10 minutes. It does not have to be an ordeal. A few simple straightforward instructions and a little direction from a competent professional and the job was done.
