I HAD PROBLEMS LAST TIME. You sent several certs. When I installed them all, things stopped working.
This experience is good. The process is easy to follow and turnaround is fast. However, when I tried to re-issue an existing SSL cert that I purchased before, the turnaround is very slow. But once I submitted a service ticket, I got the process expedited.
