The price was excellent and the service was on point. I had to regenerate the certificate because of an incorrect CSR that was submitted and customer service was able to instruct me how to regenerate the SSL quickly and easily. Highly recommended.
I'm a first time ssl user so it's a bit challenging to figure out how to apply the various certificates. One confusing thing was the presence of two intermediate certificates. I had to guess which one to use for my nas even after reading instructions. The bundle name I could on faq also didn't match work what I received.
I got things working in the end but its not fully intuitive.

The shopping experience was fantastic. The instructions to get the certificate working on the website are a little confusing. I don't know who, but someone is using different words that makes it confusing. I haven't been able to upload the certificate yet... I'm still working on that, 3 days later.
I'm sure that there is just something simple that I'm missing, and after I get the certificate properly uploaded it will be fine:-)
