Very smooth process. Activation is a little bit misleading when you have fulfilled all requirements, you have to contact support to finish the process, but they were very expedite and courteous. Prices are higher than in the past.

Great product and excellent customer service.
Had purchased a SSL certficate from SSLs.com previously, however as I install infrequently every 2-3 years, wasn't sure I could remember the procedure for install to an OpenSSL and Apache server. In any event, I made an error when ordering. It was not User correctable and so I wrote off to the Tech crew at SSLs. I received timely and relevant responses and even specific guidance to load the new certificate on my type of server. Consequently, I highly recommend SSLs.com for their great pricing and withpit doubt their support is the best I have received in the IT industry over 34 years. They are technically savvy and totally across the certificates they sell! I will be returning.
