Ssense is the worst online shopping company. Terrible customer service. They shipped the wrong item to me and don't want to refund to me. They may not have enough money so want every $. Even you complain them, they just do not respond, then your case will be closed. So do not trust them, and never do business with them. There are so many online companies around, let's stop doing business with them.
I didn't receive the item I ordered or for the price I paid. The site doesn't mention this when ordering. So either I paid another 30% of the cost or send it back. So as per their instructions, I refused the package and now get to wait an unspecified time until I receive my refund.
This is honestly the worst "service" I've ever experienced. I ordered a pair of New Balance 990 in size 39 and received a pair in size 41,5; then I contacted SSENSE and had to return these and buy a new pair, but when I did so, I once AGAIN received a pair in a wrong size. I called them on the "toll free" telephone number, as they had made a mistake with the return labels. The first person I spoke with hung up on me, when I asked why I couldn't use the return labels from them that I'd already printed. He HUNG UP - what kind of service is that? Then I had to call again and talk for another 30 minutes to get the help. However, I was then charged 38€ for calling despite SSENSE telling it was "toll free". I wrote to them that it wasn't acceptable and I would like those 38€ back. They only want to give 10% discount on another purchase (but how can I ever buy from them again). I told them that it wasn't ok. They then agreed to return those 38€ as they had said it was toll free when it wasn't. I was supposed to receive those money within 2-4 days. After 10 days with no refund I contacted them and they answered that I wouldn't get them anyway. I've contacted them to say that it's not okay. What on earth? I'm in shock! I will never, NEVER, buy at SSENSE again and I clearly recommend everybody to stay away from that site. I have never in my life experienced such a lack of service and decency!
Clothes for men impressed me on multiple levels. Clothes for men is the most valuable business resource we have EVER purchased. We can't understand how we've been living without clothes for men.
I bought a phone case from SSENSE for my friend's birthday and it didn't even fit her phone. SSENSE sent me a faulty product and they put the burden on the customer to send it back for a refund. That means I have to pay extra money to send a faulty product back ON TOP of the $40 I had already spent on shipping. This is a luxury company where consumers spend upwards of thousands of dollars and it's unfortunate that they have unethical business practices and I will be reporting this conduct to the ACCC.

SSENSE did not properly seal my package and when it was delivered to my shipping address the box was opened. SSENSE never sealed the sides on my package which the package was open upon delivery. The company is stating they will not assume liability for the loss of any article packed and sealed in packages by the sender, provided the seal is unbroken at the time of delivery, and the package retains its basic integrity. The company never provided a seal on my package, so how can I be responsible for their negligence. I have attached photos that were taken immediately upon delivery and it shows how the sides were never sealed leaving the package extremely easy to open without breaking a "seal". The company is refusing to send me my White Hands Sketch Tank Top that cost $187.42!

After ordering a tshirt that did not fit as described when trying to return for an exchange this company have been a nightmare. Do not buy from here if you are from the UK as you will not get a great service and instead incur return fees of around £18 for them to then send your item back and not acknowledge the sizing is wrong.
I ordered a dress for my wife and a week later they told me they checked all of their warehouses to find out that the dress was not available in a large. I went back on their website and saw the dress was available in a XL so I called prior to placing the order thinking this dress was not available either. When speaking to the representative what I believed came true. The dress in the XL was not available either. As a first time customer I don't think I will ever deal with SSENSE again.
Ordered a pair of $150 shoes for a Christmas gift. They sent me the wrong size. Returned and wanted a refund as they wouldn't exchange them for proper size. No refund given and they said I mailed them to the wrong address, somewhere in Florida? Even though I used the return label THEY provided. They offered me 15% discount on a future purchase for my inconvenience. What a joke. I'm out over $150 and have no product to show for it. Do not purchase from this company. They've also turned off comments on their FB page because they've had so many problems with orders the last few months. I'm not the only one they've stole from. Shop somewhere else for your expensive items.
Made purchase in January and now find out the items are sold out. Their inventory control doesn't exist. They don't know what they have or don't have in their inventory so what shows as available, you make the purchase only to find out 2-months later that the item is sold out. If I would have known this I would have purchased from another vendor who is now sold out on the same items. They offered 10% discount on full price item that expires in 30 days... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR.
Ssence dose not ship in a timely manner they take orders without merchandise in stock also if u dispute or return anything u are ban from ever ordering again they use to be good not no more waste of time
I don't usually leave reviews as I have a pretty high tolerance when it comes to mistakes that can happen in life. However, this has been a nightmare of an experience for me. I ordered an item that said in stock on their website for my friend's birthday gift. After a month of waiting an seeing my order status never changed, I decided to contact their customer service. Note that no one has contacted me until I reached out. The customer care told me that they couldn't locate my item in the warehouse and will have to cancel the order and offered me 15% off my next purchase.
I decided to let it go and placed another order since I thought the discount was a decent gesture for their mistake. My second order was never fulfilled AGAIN after two weeks of waiting and they sent me the exact same email.
I'm not sure if they think 15% off is an amazing offer that will help people to forget about their problems but my time is way more valuable and the time wasted on this single purchase and website was like no other in my entire online shopping experiences.

Placed order in December, After 2 weeks of no updates or notification from them, enquired if my order is being processed. Got a reply, there is a high volume of orders and they cannot prioritise my order. No timeframe was given. Waited another 2 weeks. They finally shipped my items a month after the order was placed.
Realised they have removed one of my items I ordered. The item they removed was the main reason I made the purchase. I added other items as the shipping cost was the same. They did not even notify me of removing the item prior to shipping. They still charged the same shipping fees. The other items I ordered are not even half the value of the removed item.
Since it is already processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled. They know international customers will not return the item once we receive it as it is too much of a hassle to organise the refund.
Even small retailers selling cheap goods notify the customers of their delay and items missing. This is not the service you would expect from a high-end retailer.
Very disappointed and I will never buy from them again.
Zero. That's the number of items I have received from my order after a month. To top it off, I get an e mail saying one of the items in my order is not in stock…. Why was it "available" on the website then? Very disappointed with this very disorganized company. Will not be purchasing from here again. Shop far fetch instead, much more reliable
I placed an order for two items through Ssense on December 9th, 2021 and was informed via email that it would take two days for the order to be processed. After eight days of not hearing about my order, I emailed Ssense asking for a status update, to which I was informed that there was a delay and that my order would not be processed until the first week of January. I would've appreciated that email after two days but understood that it being the holiday season, they were busy. The first week of January passed and I received an email stating that my order had been resolved despite the fact that it hadn't. I then proceeded to email Ssense asking for a status update AGAIN to which they replied that they were still experiencing delays and would send me an email when it was ready to be shipped. I finally received an email from Ssense nearly 6 weeks after I placed the order telling me that they didn't have the product I ordered. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I find it very hard to believe that it takes a company 6 weeks to tell me that an item I ordered is out of stock. Had I received this information during the FIRST WEEK, I would've made other shopping decisions. ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The fact that a company as large as Ssense doesn't have the capabilities of processing an order in a timely manner is absolutely ridiculous. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere seeing as how this company doesn't really care about their customers. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
I was charged for the items bought and they still haven't been shipped. It's been a month and I cannot get a hold of their customer service to ask for a refund and no one will respond to my claim. They've disabled their phone lines due to high traffic and backordered.
Terrible customer service! I waited for hours and finally chat with the customer service. They just asked my information, and didn't give me any help. And end the chat without saying anything! And this situation happened many times! It cost me weeks on this! I gave up! Really useless customer service!
Don't know what happened to ssense. But the lead time has become very long. Takes weeks to ship. Don't like it.
