Decent Site but only decent. So much can be approved in the information could be better refined to its purposes. Also, this. Search is not exhaustive enough. There's not enough ways to refine the search. As a matter of fact, there are no ways to refine the search. You simply. Press a button that says refine search with no parameters. But tends to be pretty. Good percentage of actual fines and tends to find some people's reports that other sites don't. So in that note, pretty decent. But again, it could use a lot of improvement.
I would be more than happy to offer my humble opinion as to how things could be better for this site. Because, again, it does have potential. But I'm just a regular Joe, who the hell wants to hear from me?
