I have other services that yield a lot more information. The criminal section especially, this one puts a ball on someone that clearly does not deserve one by far. So step up the overall intel gathering game because right now, I have no reason to use this service when I can be better informed elsewhere.

Your site is not very accurate. One person I looked up has had multiple arrests and served time in jail and this was not reflected on your report.
They have apparently been pulling money out of my account for 7 months. I never signed up- someone else did. I called to try and rectify and cancel whatever I was signed up for. They gaslighted me, saying I just "forgot" and that I should keep paying them for "protecting" my family. 7 MONTHS OF FRAUD CHARGES. THEY EVEN TOLD ME THE NAME OF THE PERSON WHO WAS SEARCHED AND IDK WHO TF THEY ARE.

THESE PEOPLE ARE LISTED WITH THE COUNTY SHERIFF OFFICE & THIS SITE SHOWED ABSOLUTELY NO RECORD. I AM SCARED FOR MY OWN SAFETY OF NOT BEING ABLE TO LOOK INTO FURTHER INFORMATION ABOUT PEOPLE.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST THING IS AFTER BRINGING THIS TO THEIR ATTENTION, THEY JUST CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION INSTEAD OF FIXING THE OBVIOUS HUGE PROBLEM WITHIN THEIR COMPANY.
