I can't say enough about how impressed I was with the customer service at SportsMemorabilia. Shelby, particularly, had some of the best customer service I've experienced with any company. She was prompt in her responses, friendly, and went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with my order. I will definitely be using this company for future purchases.
I was very disappointed when I purchased a signed football by five coaches/players. Two weeks after I purchased it, I received an email saying the football was damaged and said I could pick something else out. When I went on the site, the same football was listed for twice the price I paid. I emailed my concerns, feeling cheated and lied to, only to receive an email back saying it was a mistake on the web designers part and the football would be taken down. Three weeks later, it's still listed for the higher price. An error on their part to list it for the cheaper price but that is their fault, not mine. When they lied about it, it just solidified my decision to never buy from this site again.
Purchased a framed autographed NFL photo for my son's 50th birthday on line. The next day photo was priced cheaper. Called and talked with Shelby and she lowered and credit my account with the difference. I was very impressed. Then when I received the photo the frame had a very small scratch on it. Immediately emailed Shelby and she responded with a solution to this issue and I sent back the framed photo and without a lot of delay problem fixed and we were very happy with the final product. Customer service was awesome and I appreciated Shelby very much. Thank you for the great service and I will not hesitate to order again from this company. Sincerely Jeannette

I'm from Canada and came across this site online as I was looking for fun items for my living space. I ordered 3 items, had an issue with shipping (I didnt know duty was a factor) but one item was scratched and the other two exact items had a different size logo. Iexpected a sorry, too bad email but I did not expect such customer service but Shelby was absolutely amazing.
Had a issue with my order, and it was fixed in a jiffy and great response from Shelby, his efforts and assistance was outstanding and re shipped my item quickly
My incessant questions regarding photos etc... were dealt with courteously and promptly by Shelby. Should you need assistance Shelby is the one to help you.

Ordering from UK. Took about a week for them to despatch. To be fair, the small print said it might, but this was slower than I expected. This nearly caused a problem because it was scheduled for delivery during my vacation. But Shelby was v helpful and sorted out a redirect to a friend's house. Good service sorting out this issue.
