Timely and attentive

I placed an order online. I was contacted within 2 hours by Jeanude apologizing that the product (last one) was missing. I explained to her it was a birthday gift for my uncle. I've been waiting for a special gift for my grandson and just received the first half of the two-part gift, the two gifts go together. When I opened the collectors item, it wasn't even in the ballpark from what I ordered. I contacted customer service and was directed to Andrea whom was very understanding of what had taken place and the time constraint I was dealing with. She took down the info, verified the correct order, and within minutes had the correct item ready to ship the next day and be at my post office box prior to my grandsons birthday.
In these times its very seldom one gets the caring and quick response of this type, I very seldom if any give a huge "Shout Out" to a company or an employee of a company, but Andrea earned it and deserves it!

Better late than never

Had placed an order on October 2017 that I never received but was billed for. I contacted customer service an in two different occasions was given the run around. Not until I had messaged them on facebook did I talked to a very professional and essential person in the company. Ingrid Pardon went above and beyond to make the situation right. I'm happy with the product and glad spoke to Ingrid to get it fix. If you ever have any issues with an order just tell them to connect you with her it will save you month of headaches. If it wasn't for her helping me out with the order I would have given the company a 1 star rating. Ingrid bumped it up to a 3, she deserves a raise.

Andrea is fabulous!

I didnt realize I had ordered a change to a product that I didnt need - rather than just accept my order she contacted me to ensure thats what I really wanted and then cancelled the change. This saved me a lot of money and the finish on the product was much nicer! It would have been easy to just let me spend more but her concern was that I get the best quality st the best price! Really appreciate her personal and professional handling of my order!
