I placed an order for a birthday gift with an expectation that the order would ship quickly. After waiting for 4-5 days, I picked up the phone and called to see the status of the order and what was taking so long. Fortunately I was connected to Thais, who was professional, helpful and provided an email with a shipping reference including date and time of delivery. It was so pleasant to speak with a professional who could actually help me and did so with a great attitude. I started the call expecting to be disappointed and left the call completely turned around. It actually made my day! GOOD JOB THAIS! I will be a repeat customer.

She worked diligently with me to resolve the problem and within a couple of weeks I received a full refund. Lauren is professional and courteous and she works very hard to keep customers satisfied.

I ordered two items as gifts for a member of my association. I was very late with the order. I called 3 days later and they reported that they were shipped. Customer Service was a 20 out of 10.
She even re-sent my order acknowledgement and invoice to a separate email address.
If the product is as good as the service, then we didn't pay enough.
