We have come up a situation where we want the item to be shipped ASAP and we are ready to pay the shipment fares. Busby did a fantastic followup and ensure that the packet shipped as per the process and evenly a small delay will make the item delayed by 2 days as i have given office address. I recently placed an online order here, and soon after I realized I had purchased the wrong item and needed to amend my purchase. I contacted Customer Service and was pleased when I heard Connie's friendly voice on the other end of the line. She gave me superb customer service and my situation was resolved in a very timely fashion. She sent me her email, so I could contact her any time with any question and was very personable. I will definitely do business here again.

Some of the items on their website are the exactly the same items on eBay from different Sellers. They just sell it to you at a marked-up price
I placed an order 2 days before my items going on sale. I chatted with Thais and inquired about getting the sale price as it was only 2 days prior that I had ordered. It was a difference of $50! That's a lot of money in the collector world. Thais made it happen and got my items discounted to the sale price! Way to go Thais for being on it!
