Ordered my item in may and reached out to see status of item after sometime had passed. My customer service rep was Alexis Mariner. She went above and beyond to find out the status of my item. When was prompt and apologetic for the delay. She sent me emails updating when item was sent and delivered. She also reached out to make sure I was happy with my item. The only reason why I didn't give this review a 1 star rating is because of Shelby in customer service and the reason why I didn't give this a 5 star rating was because of the issues I had with my order. I ordered a framed sports photo in April and a few weeks later was notified via email that it was shipped and delivered. I contacted Sports Memorabilia and Shelby got right on this. It was shipped to the wrong address. A new one was sent out a month later and I received the photo but it was without a frame. From beginning to end it took 2 months. Shelby continued to proactively follow-up with me to make sure everything was moving along and got resolved and also offered a reimbursement for the frame and an extra 10% for my trouble. I didn't have to constantly contact Sports Memorabilia with these issues. This was the best customer service experience I have ever had and because of this experience, I will shop here again. I understand mistakes happen and accept that but knowing that someone feels the sense of urgency and ownership to resolve the issue is key! Great job! Another satisfied customer.

Having Received a baseball display case that was damaged in shipping I called sports memorabilia customer service agent Ms. Shelby Coyle for assistance. Her concern for my issue was evident from the first moment of contact. She led me through the process of getting a replacement item and then made several contacts with me to make sure that the item was safely delivered and that I was satisfied.
I could not be more pleased with her professionalism and caring. This was true customer service at its best.
