I bought a photo with a signature from the site that said it had a lifetime authenticity guarantee. When I received the photo, it came with a card that said to check the serial number and affixed tamper-resistant hologram. The photo has neither a serial number nor a hologram. I reached out to the company to point out the problem. They initially responded quickly and asked me to send them photographs of the front and back of the photo. I sent them pictures within 5 minutes of their request. It has now been 2 days, and the company has not responded to 2 follow-up emails. I'm afraid I may end up having to take this up with my bank, and consumer affairs.
Edit: 5 emails later and I still have not received a response from the company.
I stupidly ignored the other 1 star reviews. Half an order arrived. No way of getting money back. Seems to be a recurring theme! Go elsewhere. Another customer lost. Well done chaps!
I am a first-time buyer of SM and they were very responsive providing excellent service. I ordered a print for my wife's birthday and Shakira promptly followed up, making sure the shipping service was such that it would arrive on time for her birthday. I would recommend Sports Memorabila for any sports fan; nice selection of product, good communication and great customer service!

The framed jersey we ordered (which was the last one available) arrived damaged during shipment. The Company immediately offered to cover the cost to have a local framer re-frame despite the fact that the cost to reframe was nearly half the price of the item. Since our son really wanted the rare framed jersey and we could not find a comparable replacement, we couldn't have been more grateful. It's worth noting that the Company resolved the issue and refunded the cost of the frame within minutes, making this one of the best experiences we have ever had with customer service for an item purchased on line.
I had an issue with the tracking number of my item, I contacted costumer service and Shakira helped me out all the way until it was resolved.
Her responses were fast, kind and helpul during the entire process.

On top of that, Cristin was incredibly responsive and provided me with all of the information I needed! Easily one of the best customer service representatives I've had!
Had a bad experience with them. Order a helmet for christmas present end Nov and site said "in stock". Never arrived and they hardly respond to emails with no phone number. I ordered a different helmet and it came quickly but not the one my son wanted. They provided RA and label so I shipped it back. After MULTIPLE email exchanges I finally received the helmet ordered end Nov on Feb 10th. However, they apologized that the returned helmet was received but not processed. After a month of them holding both my funds and helmet, I insisted on a refund, after a week of no response I had to initiate a dispute with CC company, still outstanding. They blame christmas and superbowl orders for delays but this is not good customer support nor business practice!

This company is responsible for ruining a 9 year old's Christmas by not delivering a product as promised. Turns out that the company never had the item "in stock" but sold it to me anyway. This company is a complete disaster. Stay away.

They take the money. Months later they say out of stock and you get money back. Maybe they make a fortune just accumulating interest off others money?

I ordred a signed framed Bellinger World Series jersey on Aug 16. It took several weeks to arrive which was ok, but when I opened it up, the frame was cracked and damaged. I called customer service, they told me to take pictures, send them and return the item. I did that very day. Fast forward to today, Nov 1. After not receiving a replacement, several phone calls and emails, zero help from them, being told to contact Fedex I was told that Fedex lost the package and there are no more left so I will have to accept a refund in another 7 TO 10 DAYS! If they would have helped me when I started asking for help, maybe they wouldn't be "sold out" of the jersey I bought. No offers to help me find a replacement jersey to make up for their mistakes, no customer service, just sorry, we'll have to give you a refund.

We ordered a framed autographed Saquon Barkley jersey for our grandson from Sports Memorabilia. (Yes, it is an expensive item, but (after all) it is our grandson and he's a huge Giants' fan.) When the estimated delivery date had passed and the jersey hadn't arrived, we called Customer Service and (luckily) were directed to Cristin. She said there was a problem with the delivery but promised to solve it. It took a few days, but after a lot of work on her part, she re-directed the jersey to the right place (and to our deliriously happy grandson). Once it arrived, she made sure to contact us and remind us that the package should be opened carefully and if there is any damage, like a chip or a scratch (there wasn't), she would jump on it immediately. The whole process took a little longer that expected but thanks to Cristin, the episode had a Hollywood ending. Great job, Cristin, in providing exceptional customer service.
I ordered a few things off here paid for one day shipping still never received anything then I talked to a specialist named Joe who ran my card for $1,932 and was telling me the transaction never went through but the money was taken out of my account when I called the bank they said I was charged for 1932$ Let alone a little had a few other transactions for almost a. Thousand each I don't want anything from this company I requested them to cancel all orders I have after the fraud incident an they ignored me an I called joe to let him speak to my bank once he got on the phone an heard my banker he hung up the phone on me an never answered again this is a fraud company do not buy anything They are Theaves an they don't care about the customers at all Joe was disrespectful an rude an I spent a few thousand dollars this is the worst experience I've ever had online thief's worker I spoke to name is Joseph (joe) Jankowski number is *******006 this joe guys is the senior account executive that says a lot that a person that high in this company is such a terrible person this is a disgusting company I repeat do not buy from here go to a local sports store much better off At the end I was charged 1932 for a purchase they canceled on thier end but they say the purchase didt go through but they took my money an I don't even have a order
