The soft night guard is legit. As someone who has paid a lot for dentists to make custom night guards, I only wish I had discovered Sporting Smiles earlier.

I originally ordered the hard night guard, thinking it's what I needed I did not like it at all. I sent it back, it got lost in the mail and Evan quickly rectified the situation by sending me a soft night guard, which arrived within two days in the middle of the pandemic in New York.

The team is great and if you have to contact customer service I'd suggest calling them directly to avoid delays.

I have been using Sporting Smiles since a month after I removed my braces because I just happen to forget my retainers in my pants and send them through the wash and dryer.

Yeah, ouch. And when I asked my orthodontist how much it would cost to replace them just a month after I got them, she said like $600! I was so upset. I found Sporting Smiles online and almost couldn't believe it would be just $130 to replace both upper and lower retainers. They sent the impression maker (it's not idiot proof, but not too hard if you are careful) and a few weeks later I got my retainers and they fit perfectly.

Since that time, I've order from them for replacements and other night guards for myself and my wife. When my dentist and orthodontists hear about this, they aren't too happy about it but they couldn't argue with the results and of course, not the price.

Oh, and great customer service too. Seems like a small business, several times I got to talk to the owner Evan myself and he is super helpful.

I am on my 5 or 6th retainer that i have ever had. The first ones were all from my dentist and then I moved and didn't have a regular dentist any more. Seached online and sportingsmiles had great reviews. Even the bad ones everyone still got there product or refund. It was worth trying. The impression was easy, sent them back and in 2 weeks I got my retainer. The fit was perfect. Nice and clear. It was trimmed a little high than my last one, but wasn't an issue. I am going to order a spare since they keep the impressions. I recommend giving them a try.

According to the video if you order the whitening kit your first package you will receive an extra mold set to take a mold for the whitening tray and Whitening Gel, however I did not receive either item. I contacted customer service and they told me that it would be in the shipment of retainers, it was not. I actually don't even think that I received the official retainer what I got was an extremely flimsy non -tooth conforming tray with my name written across the front teeth. F this isnt just a whitening tray, Why would you write visible writing across the front teeth on something that supposed to be invisible aligners? They don't click to the teeth or stay in place at all. I verified the my entire tooth impression was in the mold with gumline. I sent a complaint with photos a week ago and have not heard anything back. 100% dysatified in quality and communication!

I grind my teeth at night and have been wearing a guard most of my adult life. I can't sleep without it. I got a new puppy and has eaten 2 of them. Was sick of spending so much at the dentist decided to try an online company. Figured it wasn't going to be the last one that my dog eats.

It was easy to take the impression. I sent my order in and got my night guard back in 2 weeks. It fit great and is more comfortable than the one I get from my dentist. I like that they keep the impressions on file. I know I am going to need another one at some point. Overall sportingsmiles did everything they said they would do.
