The results are identical to what you would get with a simple google search. Then it teases you to pay more for more information, which turns out to be no i=additional information simply reiterates the previous results. Leaves out other records birth, marriage, property, and others that are relatively easy to find using public sites.

Look, plenty of sites promising the world for a few bucks. This one give accurate data on the info provided. Remember folks, garbage in garbage out. This site just looks at all info on web and places on web page for easy viewing. The do not claim to back the information, they just culminate and provide based off the search you did.
For me as a person who needs skip searching tools for my CRM, this is the first place I come to. It is not expensive, and based of what I have made using this website to create sales, I am more than pleased. If you read some of the reviews, folks are expecting to get a response like "this is Them!" Please, use if for what it provides and move on. Great site guys. Thanks

They hyped up their own service only to have it fall incredibly short as they provide absolutely nothing of value. I need to know the name of the random number calling me not if they're on a landlines or who is their provider. Trash service not worth 95 cents or 30 dollars.

I attempted a search for a phone number and according to Spokeo, it had returned some results and in order to access the report I had to pay $0.95. It felt like a small amount and so I decided to proceed, what could go wrong? Boy, was I wrong! Firstly, the search result was absolute garbage and contained nothing reasonable then over a week later I realized I had been billed $35 CAD and was now on a monthly subscription for $35 CAD a month! If I hadn't caught it early, I would have ended up paying these scammers hundreds of dollars for absolutely nothing! I didn't even bother fighting for a refund, it was the cost of my foolishness for not reading reviews of this company before using it. Fool me once!

I'm on a committee for our 60th reunion from high school and needed to update our alumni list. This gave me emails, cell phone no, and addresses. I forgot I had ordered Spokeo. I called customer service and spoke to Cierra(sp.). Right off she was kind and I felt she really wanted to help me. We chatted for a few minutes about the weather at her place and mine. I loved that and thought how nice to have someone that isn't in a rush to get you off the phone. So, we concluded our business and I wanted to stay with Spokeo and give them a chance since I wasn't happy with "Truthfinder". They never give you any info that I can't find myself. This site requires submission of your pesonal information before providing minimalist info and requires FEES $$
before any USEFUL details as offered in the original displayed Ad. You can deny any further participation but they then use your info to continuously send texts and e-mail offers. Unsubscribe and they continue with months of further Ads. Calling them directly doesn't have an satisfying imediate effect. Beware of third party trackers like Google that re-provide your information again! #

I used Spokeo for one search and was charged for a subscription that I do not remember accepting. When I contacted Spokeo, they took care me quickly, within a few hours and refunded money for subscription. The two agents I was in contact with were very polite and I so appreciate that with a business!

Answer: Watch for the $20 charge at the end of the month. They say a person is out, then the charge comes a month later. Had to cancel my card and get new # to keep them out of my wallet.
Answer: Three alternatives: 1) Logon with you old Spokeo account and contact customer support. 2) If you can't remember your old logon, 2.1) try a google search to find Spokeo customer service link or telephone number. 2.2) Spokeo has notes on some reviews. Maybe they have included their support number or link? 3) Call Visa and ask them to kill the Spokeo charges to your Visa account.
Answer: Not that I know of but they're slick the moment you put your card info in it saves and if you use something that takes payment they'll charge the card without asking.

Answer: I cancelled Spokeo service due to selling me misinformation or inaccurate information. I got this in writing from David at Spokeo. They are good about sending a letter about we are sorry about not meeting your expectations. Our terms of use states we can do this blah blah blah. After I cancelled this subscription and got this in writing from David, I got a new debit card from my bank. Spokeo found the NEW CARD and charged it. I took the problem to my bank and got a credit. Be very careful of these people, watch your bank statements.
