I searched for a corporate/organizational email address. Spokeo responded with 52 matches. After I paid to view my results there were zero 'organizational' matches. Total and complete scam.
As you will notice in other reviews, Spokeo turns a one time $. 95 charge into a monthly subscription fee. I might not have minded if I had received an e-mail saying my "free week" (or whatever it was) was expiring and I will be auto charged using my previous payment method. Yes Spokeo, you beat me out of $25. Congrats. You have been around for a while so clearly the model must work. However, just because you can do it doesn't mean you should do it.

The information they give out for the introductory price is where the area code is. Wow, couldn't have found that with a google search.
It claims to give the carrier (who cares) and says the phone type is a land line (no, actually, it isn't) and gives the area code location.
But for a recurring monthly charge of $25, maybe there will be more information.

They asked for a one time transaction of 95 cents and several days later they withdrew 24 USD from my account. Paypal wouldn't do anything about it, so the only think I can do is to warn other people about it

I had several people to research and this program was not very helpful. The subscription cost is really high for something that is not very good.
Customer service is very helpful when you want to cancel, however, and to me that is super important.

Got the result I wanted quickly & efficiently. (only one search needed)
**** BUT then my credit card was hit with a monthly subscription that I never asked for or wanted.
Had to contact customer service to get it reversed. (which they did with no problem)
Seems to be the usual practice to sign everybody up as soon as your 1st search is done.
I thought Wells Fargo was sued for $$$ Millions for that kind of business practice.

I need to to find phone number, after I search for report, it shows only $ 0.95 payment, the report was incorrect. And worse it starts charged monthly service after a week. And I called them, on first day but no refund.

Imma say this... if it wasn't for spokeo my dumb would still be with a cheating dog... I had an issue one time with billing. I called told them issue the helped. Reps no matter when I called very helpful they all address me professional... only issues I need them to update information get more current changes... I had another free service I used sometimes it was a lil more current. But all in all Spokeo wins hands down... thanks again. My divorce final. I've moved on & now dating. I payed them $. 95 for one email check, which they found no results for; they then took $24.95 for a monthly subscription that is useless. Be careful using Spokeo

I easily found an old friend using Spokeo. I didn't notice that the initial $. 95 charge would expire, but they understood my explanation and refunded the following $24.95 charge which was appreciated, and I will definitely use Spokeo again and recommend it.

The person I was searching for turned out to have died in 1995 which Spokeo did NOT find--I learned this later on Ancestry.com. Since I could find very little actual information, I cancelled within 24 hours and was still billed for a contracted service. I called the company and to their credit the representative was quick and professional and refunded the billing amount and ensured that my service was actually cancelled. Would not recommend in any way.

Answer: Watch for the $20 charge at the end of the month. They say a person is out, then the charge comes a month later. Had to cancel my card and get new # to keep them out of my wallet.
Answer: Three alternatives: 1) Logon with you old Spokeo account and contact customer support. 2) If you can't remember your old logon, 2.1) try a google search to find Spokeo customer service link or telephone number. 2.2) Spokeo has notes on some reviews. Maybe they have included their support number or link? 3) Call Visa and ask them to kill the Spokeo charges to your Visa account.
Answer: Not that I know of but they're slick the moment you put your card info in it saves and if you use something that takes payment they'll charge the card without asking.

Answer: I cancelled Spokeo service due to selling me misinformation or inaccurate information. I got this in writing from David at Spokeo. They are good about sending a letter about we are sorry about not meeting your expectations. Our terms of use states we can do this blah blah blah. After I cancelled this subscription and got this in writing from David, I got a new debit card from my bank. Spokeo found the NEW CARD and charged it. I took the problem to my bank and got a credit. Be very careful of these people, watch your bank statements.
