I used Spokeo to save my son I reversed the number and located him in Los Angles homeless. I have been so worried you gave me hope. Yes Spokeo did located him down to the house he was staying at and the people involved. These people are serious you get the information needed without this my son would have perished. This business is not only a way of locating loved ones but could save lives. I am not kidding it helped me when the police could not I had not slept in day's then their it was bingo ticket the exact location DOWN TO THE ADDRESS.
I had an issue with membership fees and Susanna the Customer Service Rep resolved it immediately. She was very friendly, and empathetic to my needs. Thank you Spokeo for excellent Customer Service!

You do the free trial and then you go to cancel subscription but according to spokeo you can do it right on their website. But you can't you have to physically call or email or go through an online chat to physically talk to a customer service representative to cancel your subscription.
I kept going to do that but because their customer service times that they're open are not the same as Eastern standard Time I miss the seven day cut off so the day I was charged for the spokeo account which by the way was supposed to be 20 bucks and was charged 25 for some reason; deceptive business practice number one. So I finally was able to call up customer service I canceled the account and asked for a refund and I was told oh I can refund you $10. And I said excuse me no you'll be refunding 25. And the customer service rep said well I'm only authorized to refund 10. And I said no you will be refunding the full amount to which I was put on hold and the customer service rep came back to do the full refund.

My hubby accidentally bumped our front room drapery Rod hardware and they all tumbled down on his head unfortunately. I cannot find any replacements for the bronze drapery hardware so reached out to find the email of the former owners.

I was trying to get an email address. I paid $0.95 to get a "report" of contact info, and it only contained the street address. I would have to pay $19.95 to get a further "report" -- with no guarantee of what info would be contained therein. So I didn't go forward. Next thing I know, a charge shows up on my credit card statement for a monthly subscription of $24.95. I never signed up for that! These people are deceitful. However, when I called in to get the charge removed, the CSR was very responsive and took care of it.

Answer: Watch for the $20 charge at the end of the month. They say a person is out, then the charge comes a month later. Had to cancel my card and get new # to keep them out of my wallet.
Answer: Three alternatives: 1) Logon with you old Spokeo account and contact customer support. 2) If you can't remember your old logon, 2.1) try a google search to find Spokeo customer service link or telephone number. 2.2) Spokeo has notes on some reviews. Maybe they have included their support number or link? 3) Call Visa and ask them to kill the Spokeo charges to your Visa account.

Answer: I cancelled Spokeo service due to selling me misinformation or inaccurate information. I got this in writing from David at Spokeo. They are good about sending a letter about we are sorry about not meeting your expectations. Our terms of use states we can do this blah blah blah. After I cancelled this subscription and got this in writing from David, I got a new debit card from my bank. Spokeo found the NEW CARD and charged it. I took the problem to my bank and got a credit. Be very careful of these people, watch your bank statements.
