Just as The title suggests the site makes users believe that it's uncovering a mountain of data yet when it shows the report there's nothing there's not even one social media account but it scans for 15 minutes and I sat through it all it's just a huge waste of time if you're really trying to find useful data. Also the trial that you're given doesn't allow you any access to anything it's it's fake I don't believe in it and there's nothing there's nothing that I gained from sending out for the trial it was a complete waste of my time and i gained nothing

I was not notified about my free subscription ending and then I got a bill for $24.95 that was charged today so I contacted them about issuing a full refund because I wasn't goin to use their services and they only gave me a refund of $9.98.

Trust me I spent. 95 don't need to go to trouble of attaching receipt. Due to the false advertising I've cut my card off and explained no charges from Spokeo allowed as within 10 mins of trial period, I cancelled. Since they falsely advertised I certainly don't trust them not to charge my card after I cancelled during first hr of trial period

I signed up for the trial for unlimited searches and in my mind that's information that goes with those searches. I find out, not only do they want $29 a month for searches, but another $25-$30 for court record access, then another $25-$30 for relationship access, and another $25-$30 for every single category. What a HUGE waste of my time! The so called trial doesn't give you squat. Look somewhere else, don't waste your time. I'm extremely displeased with this site, the information you are given, you could find it anywhere for free so not sure what exactly they think unlimited searches is providing anyone.

I subscribe to Spokeo and find it very useful. In response to other reviews, yes some of the info is incorrect, but they don't create or edit the data, they compile it from other sources as is. What would be helpful (might already be there as I haven't checked) is a list of sources for the info provided on that person so people can go to the source to get it corrected if needed. Either way, it has helped me find information in several instances that is useful as is or as a starting point for more research.

Scam site

They claimed I can see the name of the person and address and phone number of a guy who is threating to kill my family members by chopping off their heads and then kill me also and when I paid to get the info it won't give me any info of the number except what city it was located in.
