The service I used was the phone look-up. It worked great, fast, and really accurate. The customer service agent I spoke with was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. I would say that Spokeo is the best service and I highly recommend you try Spokeo first, you won't have to search any further

I just wanted a simple solution to find the phone number of a neighbor and this site was both the quickest and the easiest to use. I didn't need all the other stuff that other web sites make you wait for and then charge you an arm and a leg for the report when all you need is an address and a phone number! 99 cents is cheaper than the Dollar Store now!

Only gave a 1-star just to be able to write the review! I only wanted to do a simple Reverse Email address to find the persons name that held that email. I was prompted to provide Spokeo with my credit card info. After their search. Which I did and once the card went through I was told they couldn't find information on the email I provided. Ok REALLY! Could spokeo not tell me that before I paid? I felt scammed by this so called system they have by taking your money before telling you hey we didn't find anything in our search! Not at all happy with this scam!

I got three charges that I did not authorize.
They renewed me twice, and did a search with someone who had the same name, but not the name I entered.
I like this program, but they're not honest, has been my experience.

Answer: Watch for the $20 charge at the end of the month. They say a person is out, then the charge comes a month later. Had to cancel my card and get new # to keep them out of my wallet.
Answer: Three alternatives: 1) Logon with you old Spokeo account and contact customer support. 2) If you can't remember your old logon, 2.1) try a google search to find Spokeo customer service link or telephone number. 2.2) Spokeo has notes on some reviews. Maybe they have included their support number or link? 3) Call Visa and ask them to kill the Spokeo charges to your Visa account.
Answer: Not that I know of but they're slick the moment you put your card info in it saves and if you use something that takes payment they'll charge the card without asking.

Answer: I cancelled Spokeo service due to selling me misinformation or inaccurate information. I got this in writing from David at Spokeo. They are good about sending a letter about we are sorry about not meeting your expectations. Our terms of use states we can do this blah blah blah. After I cancelled this subscription and got this in writing from David, I got a new debit card from my bank. Spokeo found the NEW CARD and charged it. I took the problem to my bank and got a credit. Be very careful of these people, watch your bank statements.
